We’ve all heard about Jamarcus, Leaf, Akili Smith, Trent Richardson. But who are some busts that never get mentioned when the topic come up? Some that come to mind:

Courtney Brown
Big Daddy Wilkinson
Jake Locker
John Ross

There is a name I haven't heard in years. We thought it was a big deal when he came to visit our middle school. He married or at the very least was dating the daughter of one of my teachers. She played hoops at Iowa back in the day. He was a big dude lol. When they say "corn-fed midwesterner", he might be the definition of that.

I thought he was going to be an all world WR too. I don't know how he ended up sucking so bad in the NFL.

Also, Dion Jordan. He is the ultimate cautionary tale of putting too much stock in his combine and ignoring his mediocre college game tape.

That linebacker from Wake Forest (IIRC) the Seahawks drafted at like 5 or 6.

Dude was supposed to be the safest pick in the draft and straight up sucked arse from day 1.

That’s Aaron curry. Funny how much that “safe pick” narrative was driven home leading up to the draft
