Plus Riggins had a contract hold out for an entire year in his prime.

What genius in the NFL scheduling department decided the last Monday night game of the season should be the Falcons against the Rams?

Maybe the Colts should bring back Dwight Freeney and Bob Sanders to play defense.

How long until ESPN is airing the Sports Gamblers Anonymous Bowl? Over/under anyone?

Wouldn't mind seeing Pierce in a Chiefs uniform next year.
Need the dome for the Taylor Swift residency.

Well it was a nice feel-good story for about five minutes.

Was that a bird that flew in front of the camera?

I like the black helmet and blue unis but they do look a little Jaguary. Kind of surprised they would go with them.
Imagine the Rams playing with blue unis and blue helmets with Seahawk teally green Rams horns on them.

So if you just only allow SEC and Big 13 teams in the playoffs. That means you will include juggernaut teams such as Mizzou, Tennessee, Iowa, and USC.
What they really want is a four team playoff with Ohio St. and the top three teams in the SEC every year. They really don't give a shite about the rest of the Big 10 either. If they had their way every year would be Ohio St., Alabama, Georgia and one at large SEC team/maybe undefeated Notre Dame team.
Also don't confuse the rivalry between the universities of Kansas and Missouri with a rivalry between the states. I have spent a lot of time on both sides of the state line in Kansas City in my life and I have never had one person on either side care whether I was a Kansan or a Missourian. Both sides of the state line will gladly take money from people on the other side of the state line if those people want to give it to them.

You are playing the cards and not the players. If someplace in the Kansas City area doesn't do it a St. Louis, Portland, San Antonio, San Diego, etc. will. Chiefs fans should be thankful the players at the table were Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas. Ask a St. Louis Rams fan how bad it could have ended.

You can say what you want about Mahomes but he isn't coming out of a must win game because of a bruised back.
The problem will be trusting Lawrence in the playoffs but you can say that about every quarterback in the playoffs except Stafford and maybe Allen. Someone is going to change their reputation this year.
You mean that will do it for Detroit's season.

Jags could be dangerous. They typically make their best playoff runs when everyone is ignoring them. In 2017 everyone was looking at the Patriots and the Steelers and they almost went to the Super Bowl. I can't remember who people were watching im tbe Brunnell years when they went to the AFC Championship game but it wasn't an expansion team that had only been in the league for a couple of years. This year people will be watching the Broncos, Patriots, and Bills.

Can the Chiefs please develop a receiver I have never heard of like Jacksonville has developed Parker Washington this year?
I am going to wait until the 4th quarter is over before I talk any smack about Denver. I've seen that movie.
