Signs of a good coach to look for. NOT putting Herb Jones on Steph Curry. Letting him play help and off ball, let Fears and Jose chase him around. Let Herb take whomever the second scorer is out of the game. Ala Pop putting Bruce Bowen on Peja instead of CP3 back in the day and completely turning the series.

James should do everything in his powers to keep Fears off of Steph as much as possible. Fears biggest problem this season has been communication mistakes on defense. Fears will look like fresh meat to the Steph and Draymond two man game.
Young players, especially rookies, often tend to be a liability on the court. When a coach's job is on the line, they typically lean toward playing veteran players who are generally seen as less likely to make critical mistakes. Willie is under pressure to prove himself as a coach, so it’s not surprising that he is prioritizing veterans over younger players. Historically, he has not been one to give significant playing time to rookies. Hopefully, Dumars will force Willie to include Queen and Fears in the lineup more often.

 This was the perfect response.
The only tragedy is that he wont have a long career with his mentality and playing style. Dude is Gronk reincarnated

Stop! One can only get so erect!

frick him but he is right.

Nah, frick him.

He's one of the main reasons why we've sucked. B.I. wasn't good enough for what we needed him to be. He needed to be a high level #2 guy that could every once in a while, looks like a #1.

Let's not even talk about his soft arse missing 187 games as a Pelican.
Sharp has to catch that but Nuss has to make a better pass. You cant be inaccurate on the gimmie throws

I’m giving Moore a pass for three years. This roster is shite.

While I mostly agree, there have been signs that he is struggling in the role. This has been a very undisciplined team since the preseason, and the number of dead ball penalties (especially on the offense) each game is out of hand. This is a direct reflection on the coach. You can be shown grace for being bad because the roster sucks, but you can't also be bad due to self-inflicted wounds.

Look let’s just be honest about it Caleb is a weird homo and he’s not going to make it in the league I don’t care how nice a long ball he can throw he is not a leader of men. I say this as a bears fan. But more than a bears fan I’m a reality fan and the reality is that the dude ain’t it.

So a team that went 5-7 last year and starts the season by beating up on a god awful UCLA week one is almost top ten?

Whittingham is one of the best coaches in the country and has consistently put together winning teams year after year. I would like to think last year was an outlier. They did lose both the startung amd back up Qb to injuries last season. No team is surving that strung of bad luck. and Utah may very well win the big 12 this season

To this day, I cannot understand how people haven't figured this out. Or do they understand that he plays a character and still fall for it?.

Evangel killing everybody for 10 years straight. They still won plenty for more than 10 years, but for those 10 years, they would win somehow, someway, every time. Ask west monroe.

Until St. Aug went up there and put a whooping on them in the 01' quarter finals. Im not even going to lie, I thought we were going to get our asses kicked. Lol. That 01' team beat Airline, Hahnville, and Evangel on the road until West Monroe came into Gormley.
