Stadium sellouts

When’s last time we had a true sellout? Not tix sold but, actual butts in seats? Yes I know this is the 100th post but really can’t remember. 2019 Florida the uppers still weren’t filled if remember correctly…

2018 Georgia seemed pretty full to me. Of course that was a lot of Georgia fans as well. ANd it was like this Tennessee game, it had been a very long time since Georgia had been to Baton Rouge, 10 years. Been 12 since Tennessee has been to LSU.

Well 2018 Bama game was a true sellout. I don’t remember seeing empty seats in the 2019 Florida game or the A&M game.

A sellout occurs when you sell all the tickets. LSU did that for Southern.

LSU never, and I mean never, has 102,300 butts in seats. Not for alabama or any other game.

There's always no shows. Chances of filling every seat are 0%. Closest games to doing that in the 2000s are probably Georgia 2003, Florida 2007, Florida 2009, Alabama 2012, Alabama 2018

It’s sad. It seems like most college games I watched are packed out. Surely we are not the only campus with traffic issues.

Garth Brooks concert.

Eta.. I know that's not what you meant, but it is probably the closest TS has come to having a butt in the seat for every ticket sold in a long time.

These both would’ve been top 5 Tiger Stadium environments ever if we had a pulse on offense for either of these games

2019 A&M had to be. Others that I’m thinking recently would be 2019 Auburn and 2019 Florida.
Then 2018 Bama.

2019 Auburn was no where close. I remember it raining that morning but being beautiful by game time. I knew a bunch of people that didn't go because of the rain that morning. I couldn't believe they were skipping a top 10 matchup. I think the other 3 you listed were about as close to a true sellout as you can get.

Yea, the answer to this question as it's posed by OP is Florida 2019. A&M 2019 was an amazing atmosphere but not totally packed out.

A Sell Out means all tickets were sold and LSU has made tons of money. If people choose to stay home and watch or whatever then it is still a sell out. Why some of you are so concerned about some empty seats is amazing. It is very common throughout the Country.

There are people who buy season tickets in order to have tickets for just 2-3 games. The New Mexico game will have lots of empty but sold seats. So what?
