I like Tulsi, and think she is a person who legitimately cares about our country. I hope her husband makes a full recovery as well. I don’t know about her being president though.

Telling blacks he’s African will go over about as well as Charlize Theron or Elon Musk saying that. He’s not technically wrong, but it will win him no favor. If blacks don’t turn out for him, despite his being a democrat, it will be a sign that they aren’t going to support middle eastern Muslims in elections.
She was swimming with friends and family members and was the only one infected. From what I understand you have to have a cut on the inside of your nose to get it. She did have movement in two limbs as of last night. They are an incredibly good family with 4 young children so please pray for them.

It is who you think it is.

And now, the revisionist history crowd wants to blame Bush for not privatizing SS all by himself. In the real world, it was Democrats and Corporate Media that launched an all out propaganda war claiming that Bush was taking SS away from seniors. What can we do? People are stupid.

This was the reality. The corporate media still had significant influence in the early 2000’s and scared old people. Members of his own party started to waffle and that was it. I have a lot of issues with W Bush, but this was not really on him.

Whataburger has a consistency problem. I’ve had some really good burgers from them, but I’ve had some horrible. If it’s a well run Whataburger I’d have them and the Culver’s butter burger 1 and 2. I really hope Culver’s gets down into LA soon. Good deserts, burgers, and other sandwiches plus really well run.

I’ve never heard of Cava. That place looks great though. I need to try it out.

Most Catholic city in the U.S. - Lafayette, Louisiana - 50%

Yeah. I could see Lafayette being up there, but I would think some of the border cities like El Paso or Brownsville would beat it out.
I get the fear of the dsa, but keep in mind it will harm dems as well. MI should have been a slam dunk for them in the senate this cycle. They will likely lose there thanks to picking a dsa aligned candidate. Those candidates can win certain mayoral races and some congressional districts. Outside of a New England state or PNW I don’t think they can win an entire state.

Isn’t his fat twin in congress from VA?

He is. I had to look up to see if he was still in office. Interesting side note, the brother is strongly opposed to members of congress trading stocks. Kinda surprised by that.

Totally agree. With that said, it’s a dumb idea to voice your political opinions when you own a coffee shop. There’s only a million to choose from.
Kinda feels like a Benedict Arnold situation. In the end nobody likes Vindman. He is the least military looking dude I have ever seen.
Universal healthcare in Scandinavian countries is not nearly as costly as it would be in the US. You have a much healthier population as well as a more homogeneous society.

I guess I’m a poor after reading this… Hope to have about 1.5M by 63, and $2600 SS

Sounds pretty good to me. I’m hoping to be worth about the same around that age, maybe a little more. My plan is to have north of $500,000 in 401k’s at 65 that we can draw on with SS until 70+. That will give the Roths an extra 5-7 years to grow. We want to burn 401k’s first since we’ll have taxes on that and move to Roth’s, tax free, in our 70’s.
I’m going to laugh when the dems miss winning the senate because of MI.
He definitely didn’t hate State. They were the kings of SEC baseball in the 80’s, and he and Ron Polk were buddies.
What would Jayden Daniel’s say about this? May want to consult him first.
The 5th will likely come down to Stewart Cathey and Mike Echols.
This is the one good thing about LA being so undesirable. There’s less than 30 mosques in the whole state.
