I thought about that. But from what I can tell, it’s an Alabama corporation with an Alabama PPB. Unless a Bama resident is suing them, they should be able to remove.
The NCAA or the SEC?

LSU is not under the injunction. You get that, right?
An injunction restrains the NCAA or the SEC from acting while it is in place.
I don’t think it gives a third party immunity from the consequences of its actions if the injunction is overturned.
Thoughts?
LSU doesn't have to be "under" the injunction. The SEC and NCAA are the parties being restrained. You're right about one narrow issue, though. If the order is later reversed, retroactive punishment can become a separate question unless the court bars restitution or retaliation. That's exactly why judges in Pavia and other eligibility cases separately enjoined the NCAA's Rule of Restitution. So the answer isn't "don't play them." The answer is make sure the injunction expressly says the SEC and NCAA cannot punish LSU for relying on the court order, including retroactively.
If that happens, the players will play. The SEC isnt going to kick LSU out and the CFP isnt going to block them from the playoffs.
People will hate Louisiana. We might lose recruits, and that opens a whole new question about media pundits that have tons of resources choosing to improperly frame this and whether that has now created damages for LSU.
So the entire question is, is this worth it?
My question to you, looking at the unequal treatment of SEC members by Sankey already and historically... LSU has always been the stepchild...
Do you think LSU can continue to raise 100s of millions in a world where the deck is stacked against them? They can't. So, politically, they have to address this. The SEC has to show some sort of good faith towards LSU after the bs threats or... we are already in a conflict that we really didnt start.

Your sentiment is the problem. You literally have NO standards......kind of like Lane Kiffin.

If the injunction is reversed, that falls too. No protection there.

Ahhh. Good point. The NCAA is a UA, so it is a citizen of every state. No removal. I see that now.

They make LSU Hawaiian shirts. I have 2.

I just doubt it’s that clear. And when it’s murky, there is legal risk. Is it worth it?
It’s not. At a minimum, if they play these guys, who are primarily depth pieces anyway, I hope LSU makes sure that other SEC schools are also playing former NFL players.. You don’t want to be the only school to do this. It’s not worth the risk. And it’s not worth the PR nightmare, especially when you already have a great roster.

So if Vandy decides not too, and the injunction is reversed, it wins the SEC!

What is the last day to enroll for fall semester? As far as I know, college football players must be enrolled as students.

These players are getting the ruling they deserve.....33 players got screwed by the NCAA, and a judge fixed it....Lane is working hard to produce a solid team, he did nothing wrong, neither did the players.
