Tennessee is reportedly planning to start quarterback George MacIntyre against No. 6 Alabama on Saturday.
According to ESPN's Pete Thamel, MacIntyre is expected to make his second consecutive start for the No. 14 Volunteers.
Quarterback Faizon Brandon, who has been dealing with an injury, was listed as questionable for the matchup.
MacIntyre also started last week's game and is now expected to lead Tennessee into its rivalry showdown with the Crimson Tide.
