Have you read the Colorado ruling by a female federal judge that was decided this past June?
From what the media reported about the Colorado case, She issued a TRO, then issued to stay, then they had the trial and the players won eligibility…
If I’m not mistaken, part of the rationale of the Colorado judge went to the United States Supreme Court ruling precedence from five years ago that the players would be allowed to make money in NIL…
If the media is reporting correctly, and what I have stated above are facts…
I think you need to review the federal judges decision from last June…
I am not an attorney…

Explain why the ncaa or sec haven't dropped the hammer on Alabama if they weren't protected

Kind of. I mean I’d prefer LSU get away with this
I still don’t understand the logic for punishing us after bringing back three five for five kids?

quote:lane and LSU won't. If the clemson game starts and there is not 100% certainty that the kids can play without any player, coach, or school getting penalized in any significant way, they will not play. And that will be the decision every week.
Why RISK it? We have a loaded team without them. LK should take a pass and be glad he has the team he put together.
In fact the only one maybe in game shape mentally is Wright, and he's probably a depth guy to start off with. Pyburn would be a plug and play guy if he had been here for a week, but he would need a full week of acclimation plus a week of game prep.
None of these kids will play week one. IMHO

Sports writers should stop acting like lawyers.
Moscona just said that a TRO or injunction would protect LSU from sanctions if they play these disputed players.
Injunctions get reversed all the time. And when they do in Louisiana, I don’t think they protect your conduct during the time they were in effect.
If reverse that time Just doesn't magically disappear as a non tro circumstance
Are you really a judge?

If the media can steal the 2020 election, and the Courts/Judges refuse to look at the evidence......
If the Heads of the Department of Health, FDA and other Medical Agencies can lie, deceive about a Pandemic & kill/disable people with a vaccine, take your freedom, close your business.....
It's the Media + "Court of Woke Public Opinion" & opposing/jealous Fan Bases that you are really fighting. True/False - Fair/Unfair.....The Law & Justice System can NOT be relied upon.
It is the O P T I C S (Public Relations/Mass Opinion) that are the Critical/Huge Concern here! Lets say LSU follows the courts rulings, injunctions and legally allows these players their right to play. And down the road, they perform on the field in the way/manner you had hoped by making a Big Play, Recovering a Fumble, Interception, etc.
Each time they "do/play" how you had hoped.....LSU will Lose in the Court of Public (Jealous) Opinion! The Peanut Gallery will be Massive & Loud. The "Optics" are too Risky.

I see your time away while you were banned did not change anything with your intelligence, You are still as dumb as you were 3 years ago.

That’s not how it works. 2025 Bama and Bediako is first hand proof to at you absolutely can’t punish teams who played players while eligible who are then deemed ineligible.

That’s not how it works. You can’t retroactively punish players who were eligible at time

Dude he literally gave you an exact replica of what’s unfolding here. Just admit you’re wrong. It helps you grow as a man. Ego stunts your growth as a man. Now we wouldn’t want that would we?

You got some law on that? Would love to see it.
I challenge YOU to provide one single case to contradict what I said. If you are performing a LEGAL action at the time you are executing that act, you cannot be charged or penalized. Your statements otherwise say you know squat about the law. It is up to YOU to dispute my statement since obviously the schools continuing to offer these players involved aren't worried at all.
BTW, clown, quit SPAMMING this forum. I believe I saw 6 straight messages by you on this same topic and DOZENS of posts total on this one topic. I will be reporting you, If the moderators are consistent, they will tell you that you have given your opinion MANY times and to "move on". They did that to me once on a topic.
