All killers know right from wrong however, Dahmer was not a sane person. The dude was "grocery shopping" for people bro. He cooked and ate people. He froze body parts for later in his fridge. He was so fricked up, he wasnt even coherent enough to realize the smell of rotting bodies was putrid throughout his residence and everyone around could smell it.
