I am on pretty close to exactly what you posted. I have been on TRT 5 years, on Reta 2mg a week, Klow and also the CJC1295/IPA. I am in the best shape I have been in years at 51 years old 6'3 225 and lift weights consistently for the last 12 years 5 days a week but overall have lifted most of my life and agree this is the formula to look how you want. How long would you suggest to take the CJC/IPA before coming off?

As you said my wife who always has lifted with me had her hormones checked after our last child 10 years ago and her test was 0 also is on TRT, Reta 1mg, KLOW and CJC/IPA. That really works for here too. She was asked multiple times this last week if she was about to compete she was so lean. Would you suggest she take the IPA the same length as me with same break?

you can stay on indefinitely and it would not hurt anything, but if you are wanting to cycle off you can do 8-16 weeks on and then 8 weeks off.

if you are not looking to cut anymore or not in a lean gains bulking phase and are just in maintenance mode...thats perfect time to come off.

for the klow- 8-12 on, 8 off.

if you wanted to change it up for 8 weeks you could replace them with the following

assuming the cjc1295 is no dac aka gfr 1-29 you could replace that blend with

tesa/hexarelin mix for 8 weeks

or

could do real hgh for 6-12 months

for the klow- can rotate wiht the triple threat blend of NAD+, Mot-C and 5-amino-1mq for a nice energy boost and the help at the cellular level

but for the most part you could just take a break for a while, depends on what you are looking for

and yea not surprising about your wife and her levels. she prolly was moody, kind of bat shite crazy and zero sex drive or drive to do anything too during that time. poor lady.

i am 100% convinced like half of divorces of couples in their 40s is because of hormones. all the sudden they have zero sex drive and just bitch constantly, expecially about mental load....yea that shite is straight up hormones

and most of the doctors dont understand the shite at all really.

That is exactly why she was tested. After our baby she was so moody and wouldnt even look at me and she had never been that way. Once she got on the TRT it was night and day a completely different person and sex drive came back. I tell alot of friends our age to tell the wife to get their test levels checked and everytime it is near 0. That probably does cause many divorces.

NAD+, Mot-C

I love these two and take them regularly. I've added in SS-31 in the past, but it is expensive to run.

Truth. My wife is 41 and sex drive just disappeared and she's more on edge with me and the kids. Talked to her doc about it at her annual and she sent her to a compound pharmacy to get the weekly test cream for about $50 a month and it's a night and day difference. She's much less harsh and is ravenous in bed.

so when people ask this is usually what i advise for normal female -Reta- 1mg- 2x per week to start. -GH- 1iu to start in the morning.....move to 2iu after 8-10 weeks & no water retention - Glow(GHK-cu, BPC 157, TB-500)- 2.5mg/500mcg/500mcg every weekday morning(5 on/2 off) for 12 weeks on, 6 weeks off. if they dont want to use GH we switch to a Tesamorlin/IPAM at 250mcg each nightly

Thanks for this info. To confirm, all of this is injected subcutaneously? Any specific locations or just any fatty area?

I've been on Tirz for nearly two years and lost 75 lbs or so but had hit a wall, been stuck at the same weight for 3-4 months.

Started Reta one month ago and have lost 5-6 lbs.

I'm still using some Tirz for appetite suppression, the Reta seems to give me energy.

It does upset my stomach but no nausea or constipation.

same here, went from 291 to hovering around 220 over ~1.5 years. while i'm not necessarily looking to lose more weight, was looking to burn more fat. been at 220 for a few months which i'm fine with, never went over 2.5mg tirz because i never felt the need to (food noise never came back, didn't see a reason to increase just because.) just switched to 2mg reta to give it a shot (pun intended) to tone up more and get rid of some of this stomach and titty fat. we'll see how it goes

Does anyone know a reputable office in the Houston area to start Reta? Asking for Ryno.

Zero, it isn't FDA approved yet so they can't prescribe it

I understand that. How about these wellness clinics that offer different peptides and glp? Not legit?

They are buying from China, putting their branded label on it, marking it up 300% and selling to you for research purposes only.

I’m about three months in to life on Reta. I started with a very small dose and worked my way up. No negative side effects whatsoever. Feel fantastic. Down from 215 to 185.

Started monthly bloodwork right before I started on Reta. Every single marker has improved with each new set of labs. This stuff is a miracle.
