Frustrating update:

Been on it for about a week now. Been eating hard boiled eggs, bacon, chomps sticks, ham, burger patties.

Also working out and hitting at least 10k steps a day.

I gained a small amount of weight in the last couple of days. Am I overeating or doing something wrong?

Does it take a little time to start seeing the scale move in the right direction?

Any additional tips/advice is appreciated.


Also, I’m a natural runner but have kind of gotten burnt out on it so I’ve been walking an hour outside daily then finishing my workouts with a mile long brisk jog.

I get that drafting an OL if needed but I saw a tweet tonight that said, since 2002, the Saints lead the NFL in using their first round pick for either an OL or DL. They’ve done it 16 times.

Most of these guys stay injured. Would it kill this franchise to draft a qb? All we heard all week was they were all in on Dart.

They are the epitome of a letdown when it comes to everything, especially the draft. It’s never exciting.

Which is better for kids? Would be going tomorrow.

Best time of day? Any tips? Have not been to the aquarium in years (when it was Aquarium of the Americas?) and never been to the zoo.

Any advice on either is appreciated.

I hope he doesn’t. No idea who you’d go get though.

My hang up is that I attempted to set it up last year and it looked like I did yet they never pulled any money from my account. I’ve accrued minimal interest on last years amount (not even $100). I want to set up a plan to get rid of last year and this year. A 3-6 month plan would be just fine. I just want to make sure I do it right so they do actually pull.
