How long have you been on Tirz? How much have you lost so far?
I’ve been on tirz since March 2023 when my doctor ordered Mounjaro. That was before it was widespread. I was a fatass with terrible habits and needed it badly. My highest weight was 393 and I’ve been maintaining at 205-220 for 2 years now. My last dexa had me at 18% BF but I want to cut down to 195 to drop it further and then climb back up to 205 with more lean mass.

Tirz has done me wonders and I think it’s fantastic but I want to give Reta a go since it supposedly causes less fatigue and will help a little more with fat loss, which is my main goal at this point.

I’ve been on Tirz for 2 years down 83 lbs but I also walk 2.4 every day (usually around 2 pm in the heat) and do 8-10 weight/kettle bell workouts a month.

It’s been life changing for

I’ve lost over 30 lbs. on Tirz in a little over a month. 2.5mg dose. Plan on going with Reta soon-ish.

I went to the Lioncore website.
How much do people take? In other words, how long does a bottle last? How often do you take it? Daily?

I have about 20 lbs I would like to lose. I know, I know, exercise and stop eating.
For me it’s a daily fight. Thanks

It’s once a week, if you are just starting out you probably want to start with a low dose because it will make you nauseated or constipated until you get used to it.

You may want to consult your personal physician before starting or.

Try the 10 mg / 20 units once a week, at that the vial will last 5-6 weeks . You can email the people at the site and they will walk you through the process.

That would be .5mg per injection?

Best way with 10 mg is to reconstitute with one ML of bac water. 5 units is .5 mg, 10 units is 1 mg, 15 is 1.5 mg and so on. Easy to remember

weekly. Tirz is started at 2.5mg and goes up by 2.5mg each month until you reach desired effects (max dose 15mg). Some people feel it and stay at lowest dose, others need more.

Reta is started at 2mg weekly and most go up my ~2mg each month until they get where they want suppression wise. Reta max dose is 12mg

So a vial will last a while but all depends how high you go. Calculate carefully and titrate up slowly to prevent side effects.

Not necessarily. You can start at a lower dose if needed.

Reta won’t just do that. It can also give you a sense of malaise, overall fatigue and make your skin hurt. I would definitely start at no more than 2mg per week and might even suggest 1mg. I started out at 4mg and that was a mistake. It worked like a charm and I lost about 7lbs in 3 weeks but the side effects were too much so I quit for a couple weeks and then started back on 1mg per week and will probably bump to 2mg in a week or two.

it really is pretty simple

Reta will blow tirz away in overall fat loss, but that comes with some caveats

1) rest heart rate will be higher on Reta. will be 10-15 bpm higher than normal. this is not a bad thing if you are overweight so long as you are healthy but you should know about it

2) Tirz is better usually for overall control of appetite.

both are awesome if used correctly

quite frankly if you are not going to use it to do a true bodybuilding style cut, then you are missing out big time. if you are just trying to make as few of changes as possible and just allow it to do the work for you, choose reta as you will lose less muscle....but quite frankly frick you, you suck

these things are awesome but they are a million times better if you combine them with weight lifting and actually learning how to diet.

now if you are older and done having kids, they are a million times better with 2-4iu of gh daily, Reta 3x per week in low dose, 200mg of testosterone a week.

Tirz to lose the weight , switch to low dose Reta for maintenance and body recomp once you are at goal weight.

Reta = slightly better blood and organ benefits
Tirz = better appetite suppression

Whoever said Tirz costs more than Reta has it backwards.

Either one requires high protein diet and strength training if you have to cut alot of weight and dont want to look like absolute dogshit at the end

pretty much, although weight loss is better on reta due to glucagon increasing TDEE

ok to clear somethings up on reta

it has the same main two ingredients as Tirz, the reason people get less appetite suppression is because glucagon, the 3rd antagonist raises your metabolism.

When you switch over, start low, work your way back up on dosing. Use the skills you have learned from taking Tirz to get you there.

imo, just my opinion, if you are learning how to diet, lift etc then start with tirz. less learning curve, better for those starting out. If you truely hit a wall or are someone that has worked their way down to around 20% body fat or below....reta is the way to go.

honestly if you are into lifting, low dose reta+GH+trt + BPC is the way to go and especially if looking to clean up blood work and still gain. Some will also throw 10-12 weeks of Tesa in to help with visceral fat but understand all GH peptides and especially GH help with that.

if you have stomach issues....i highly highly suggest BPC-157 for 12-16 weeks to help heal the gut lining.

777- regarding the gh, what is the cycle length of 2-4 iu, or is it long term?
