I know nothing about peptides as I'm old and out of touch.

So yall are just buying these things online and self injecting? Any concerns about quality of the peptide?

2nd this, 3-4 IU's GH per day, 1mg reta per week, 180mg test per week, 2mg GHK-CU daily. I add in a little BPC when needed. This stack has worked wonders on my blood work. Have been able to maintain between 10-11% BF with no muscle or performance/strength losses.

So you take the HGH daily for long term?

I typically go 8 to 12 months (5 days a week), then will stop for 3-4 months, then start again. This has worked for me for the last 5 years or so.

Got it.

What is the benefit of the GHK-CU?

777- regarding the gh, what is the cycle length of 2-4 iu, or is it long term?

i always suggest minimum of 6 months but if you can do at least a year you should

imo if you are using glp1 you should be using GH and if you are older than 35, you should prolly be using test with it too

bpc just for gut health is one i think you should be using but also for skin health

and GHK-Cu also for skin

so when people ask this is usually what i advise for normal female

-Reta- 1mg- 2x per week to start.

-GH- 1iu to start in the morning.....move to 2iu after 8-10 weeks & no water retention

- Glow(GHK-cu, BPC 157, TB-500)- 2.5mg/500mcg/500mcg every weekday morning(5 on/2 off) for 12 weeks on, 6 weeks off.

if they dont want to use GH we switch to a Tesamorlin/IPAM at 250mcg each nightly

I prescribe weight lifting 2x per week and 5k steps per day and 100g protein minimum(would prefer more but average stay at home mom aint doing this)

i like th glow blend for skin elasticity, skin health and stomach/gut/gi health. Usually with this and 5k steps they lose bodyfat and the lifting and the blend keep skin decent.

if its a male its

-reta- 1mg 3x per week(start at half this for 4 weeks to see how you feel)

-testosterone- 200mg per week

-GH-4iu for full time(start at 2 for 3-4 weeks, then 3 for 3-4 weeks, then 4iu)

-glow blend at same as female.

I also advise every single female 35 or older to get their hormones checked, to monitor them and actually get copies of the blood work and upload to AI and ask questions. dont just listen to the doctor say...you are good, see for yourself.

the above works for pretty much everyone and with the price of GH and how much more effective it is than the ghrp/ghrh's no reason not to just get the real thing

mainly skin health

if you have a lot of weight to lose, it helps a ton to restore elasticity. use that and then treat your stomach & arms like a pregnant woman would rubbing lotion on it and lift hard af and it will help with the loose skin.

GHK can burn but if you dilute a lot seems to be much better.

I take KLOW. Damn near the same price as GLOW with KPV added for inflammation.

i mean klow is just glow + KPV and usually in same dosage as glow on the same compound so imo Klow is better

but i mean kind of an either or. if you need the extra gut healing or have major GI issues I would suggest KLOW if you can get it for sure. other wise which ever you want.

i mean klow is better just because of that.

I have always had bad indigestion going back to my college days. I'm about to do some researching here but are you aware of any correlation to KPV helping with that? I assume indigestion starts in the gut

i havent and i get it bad too, i ordered Betaine hcl, will let you know how it goes. Gironda claimed most indigestion comes from lack of acid production or being watered down so gonna try it that away before adding a peptide.

For those that have or are running KLOW, what’s did you find is a good cycle length and how long do you wait to get back on it.

Also anyone ran Ara-290. I’m have nerve pain running down my arms due to disc issues in my neck. Trying to find an alternative to gabapentin.

LSU777

I am on pretty close to exactly what you posted. I have been on TRT 5 years, on Reta 2mg a week, Klow and also the CJC1295/IPA. I am in the best shape I have been in years at 51 years old 6'3 225 and lift weights consistently for the last 12 years 5 days a week but overall have lifted most of my life and agree this is the formula to look how you want. How long would you suggest to take the CJC/IPA before coming off?

As you said my wife who always has lifted with me had her hormones checked after our last child 10 years ago and her test was 0 also is on TRT, Reta 1mg, KLOW and CJC/IPA. That really works for here too. She was asked multiple times this last week if she was about to compete she was so lean. Would you suggest she take the IPA the same length as me with same break?
