Which one would you recommend and why?

Tirz been fine no issues.
Know of several on Reta say the same.
Reta seems cheaper but prices falling for both.

Soo exactly zero help.

For me, it takes a higher dose of tirz to achieve the same effect as Reta. Tirz is easier on my stomach though.

Tirz to lose the weight , switch to low dose Reta for maintenance and body recomp once you are at goal weight.

Reta = slightly better blood and organ benefits
Tirz = better appetite suppression

Whoever said Tirz costs more than Reta has it backwards.

Either one requires high protein diet and strength training if you have to cut alot of weight and dont want to look like absolute dogshit at the end

I was on Tirz for a year and a half, lost 83 lbs.

Life Changing

I just switched to Reta and my appetite is coming back plus it F's up my stomach.

I've only been on Reta a week but if I had to recommend something I'd say Tirz.

Look at the Lioncore website if you don't want to pay market price.

same here! almost 2 years of tirz, way better diet, high protein, and tons of weight training. total game changer!

contemplating switching to reta once this bottle runs out in a few months.

why did you switch?

I hit a plateau and have been stuck for 3-4 months, tried different things but weigh the same every day.

Heard Reta may help break through.

Like you my weight loss wasn’t just Tirz, I walk 2.4 every day (in the heat) and lift 3-4 times a week. I try to fast 12 hours a day, tirz helps keep the hunger and cravings away.

For those who swapped from tirz to Reta, did you notice a change In energy levels? I feel like tirz has been causing more fatigue than normal lately.

Reta is considerably better on account of the third agonist and the benefits it brings.

I’ve talked to several people who are currently running both and they are really happy with the results. I never thought to do both but now I’m thinking about adding Tirz to my routine and doing it mid week. I do Reta on Sunday so I was thinking maybe Tirz Wednesday

+1 Reta has completely re-wired my brain. Not only do i eat less but I haven't had a craving in months. I quit drinking. Have no desire to drink alcohol.

What about tesamorelin? Every time I research peptides, this one seems most inline with what I’m looking for. Lose a little belly fat and gain a little lean muscle. I’ve already got gut issues that make me feel full, so Reta seems like it would be miserable for me.

Of the two popular GHRHs (tesamorelin and CJC-1295), tesamorelin is my favorite. I ran it, along with ipamorelin, for three months to start the year and had great results. I’m currently running CJC-1295 with ipamorelin. I’ve tested my IGF-1 levels with both, and I responded significantly better to tesa.

The only drawback to tesamorelin is the price.

I have gone from 210 to 185 on reta in 10 weeks. Also, as previously stated, controls alcohol cravings considerably.

I’m going with Tirz on a 10 vial supply.

Hoping to see changes fairly soon. Have always stayed around 175-185 but over the last year and half I’ve gotten up to 215ish. Hoping this can supplement cardio and lifting to see quick results.

Don’t not planning on staying on long term but the switch to Reta after reaching the goal weight was interesting.

I’m doing this, I switched to Reta and noticed my hunger coming back so I’m adding 1/2 dose of Tirz .

I’m doing Wednesday Reta Saturday Tirz , seems to be working.

Why not just increase the Reta instead of mixing 2 compounds? Just curious. I’m currently on tirz but plan to make the swap next month. I’ve got 15 more pounds I want to shed to be at my goal.
