What’s the point of him waiting on that? If it opens - and he’s interested - he clearly has no issue exploring while employed.
Back down from what, you weirdo? No one on this board can do anything but sit and wait.

Don’t think Lanes tweets should be studied

Y’all have finally hit the limit on issues to over analyze? This Tweet did it?
No, once Lane Kiffin arrives in Baton Rouge he’s going to change his entire personality. No more wandering eyes, no more drama, no chaos, just winning and pure bliss for everyone in purple and gold.

Aside from money, why would Kiffin choose Florida over LSU?

Getting to wear blue instead of purple.

You’re probably joking but seriously this is probably most posters on this board problem with him.

No, I was serious. He’s just such a terrible cultural fit at LSU and I’d be shocked if LSU wanted to go down that road again.

It sucks but it's also the reality of the new CFB calendar. James Franklin was fired and already has another job with two weeks left in the season.

I couldn’t possibly disagree with your apples to oranges comparison any more.

Lane Kiffin has not been fired, is not at risk of being fired, and frankly, would probably never be fired from OM. He’s actively coaching a team in the middle of a national title run. A historically good season for his school.

James Franklin because had been fired because he sucks at his job and filled a seat vacated by another coach who sucked at his job.

Lane could kill all of this nonsense with a few words at any number of the press conferences and appearances that his ego drives him to attend, but he doesn’t because he enjoys the spotlight.

He’s a fantastic football coach, but he’s a piece of shite. I don’t think LSU would miss anything by missing on him.

Just another opinion piece

I’d say it’s a fact that he’s a piece of shite if he walks on this OM team as they are on the cusp of a potential national title run.
He’s in over his head in the Big 10. In the richest recruiting area west of the Mississippi. With a blank check.

Don’t get me wrong though, as an OU fan who woll watch OU play LSU more years than not as we move forward, I’d love to see him in purple and goals.

re: Everyone opposed to Riley…

Posted by theOG on 11/15/25 at 10:34 am to
Why would anyone with aspirations of winning anything of note want Riley?
Takes like these come from an unawareness of their value to society, born from them being vastly overpaid.

The players are entertainers. If the product is not entertaining, why would people waste their hard earned money - even $25 - to come watch? Fans don’t owe these people shite.

There’s absolutely no good that comes from it. It’s a shame our society has people willing to spend their money on a system that is designed for them to lose and they do it anyway. It will eventually lead to the downfall of sports if it remains legal.

This guy’s clearly never hit a 10 leg parlay.

Your post history over the last week or so is hilariously full of contradictions.

- Saban done deal
- Kiffin done deal
- LSU will win out
- LSU will lose 5 more games

re: First Visit To Austin

These kinds of threads always crack me up when they come from people from New Orleans.

Austin is an incredibly fun place to visit. You’re about 1000 times more likely to be a victim of democrat policies on Bourbon than you are on 6th Street.

Enjoy the food, music, and time with your family.
