I take 10g on a regular basis. If I barely sleep because of work or something, I’ll take 15-20g that day. I find it helps a little with brain fog.

How did you find tesa? My visceral number on an InBody test is toward the high end of the range. I've been on cjc 1295 + ipa blend for about 3 weeks. Started it as I began lifting again after a 5 months hiatus. Really noticed lack of soreness after the first few days.

Fitomics is running 25% sale (code: BFRI25) for BF. Not sure if it’s worth it to pay for a month but you can look into it. I loaded up the cart for $80 yesterday.

Too pricey for me but if you’ve got the $$, roll with it, much more nutrients & better fats. I buy the Costco 10# chubs of 93/7 for $5/lb, it’s a great deal.

Well they aren’t completely full of shite. They’re probably buying the raws and doing the Lyophilization process themselves. Maybe? Or they could be getting it complete made from china, re testing it, and slapping a pretty label on it. For what they charge, I hope they’re at least doing some of the process. :lol:
But I do know theres multiple sites that are doing the latter. But it’s been tested so that’s what matters the most.
This doesn’t concern me a bit if it’s tested well. Allot of pharmaceutical grade drugs are made overseas. Compared to my health 3 years ago, injecting something from china is the least of my concerns. :lol: I was on a war path to HTN & Dibeetus. Now I’m sitting with 100% perfect labs and BF% of 17.
But I do know theres multiple sites that are doing the latter. But it’s been tested so that’s what matters the most.

Cystatin C is a more accurate kidney function marker if your eating a really high protein diet or have more muscle mass than average.
