For those who swapped from tirz to Reta, did you notice a change In energy levels? I feel like tirz has been causing more fatigue than normal lately.

At what speed would you driving fast? I just got my first SxS (Mule FTX 1000) and primarily use it for getting around grand isle and cruising beach with the kids. I’ve been rolling in just high so far with speeds 15-20 mostly.

Wrapped up Arm Farm this AM. My Bi’s and Tri’s are tired boss. :lol: It was fun but not one I’d run twice in a row. Taking a few days off and starting FOTH. Looking forward to allot less supersets.

Unless you’re trying to maintain fertility, I wouldn’t waste my time. It’s just another factor to try and get dialed In. Easier to keep it simple and make small adjustments as needed.
