Whatever Costco has on sale usually
Ocho & G4 are the best tasting tequilas on the common shelf imo. Both can be found for under $60
Costco ground beef. 93/7 bull tube for $5ish/lb. This is the way

This is all I buy unless steaks gone on sale. Albertsons has nice sales pretty often though. I’m actually picking up their prime sirloins for $9.99 on my way home this afternoon.

kpv
I’m a believer in this one. My wife has eczema on her legs and it completely stopped after starting the KPV. We’ve gone on vacation, stopped it, it returned.

Mitochondrial stuff is very hit or miss
For sure, I don’t disagree with that. I just figured I’d give it go and find out if it does anything. I started slowwwww due to reports of anaphylactic reactions. No issues so far

While I agree with most of what you said, I wouldn’t put NAD in the useless category. I’ve never used it but have buddies who do and love it. Now there’s plenty snake oil ones out there like AOD, DSIP, semax, selank etc…. I don’t categorize those with the mitochondria ones like SS31, MOTS, NAD. There’s plenty of data out there and even fda approval on SS31.

But IMO the goats will always be Tirz, Reta, GH, MT1/2, KPV, BPC/TB, ghk. Jury is still out on MOTS, I grabbed a kit just to try for myself so we’ll see.

I reconstitute with 3 mL and take 12 units a day. It comes out to 2.5 mg of GHK.

Now if they'd just start offering test it'd be a one-stop shop.
 That’s a whole new bag of risks right there.

How many mg of GHK-CU are you taking daily and the duration? Thanks
2.5mg ghk daily and I forgot the exact doses of the rest (BPC/TB/KPV) but it’s around 500mcg.

Is it game changing? No. Does it work well, frick if I know  But I do know I’m working out full speed with 2 rotator cuff tears. So I’ll take thst as a win.

Do you or anyone here try the KLOW blend from them? Does it sting?
My KLOW leaves a small red mark occasionally but nothing like straight ghk did, that stuff was brutal.

ChatGPT to replace a trainer is not a good idea. ChatGPT to help with new exercises, how to structure etc. is fine.
Disagree. Waste of $. He’s already in the gym 4-5x a week so likely knows how to lift. Trainers are getting most their info from gpt anyway

If he were brand new to the gym and lifting it would be a different story. But hey if he’s got the coin to toss around, it definitely wouldn’t hurt. My kids take all my extra $

Actually had this talk with one yesterday.
With $300-$500/month, if it were me, I’d get with a wellness clinic to check hormones first and foremost. If needed, you could easily get supplementation for 200 or less.

As for as personal trainer, that can pretty much I’ll be done with ChatGPT now. A couple weeks ago I had to create a diet plan for me and a complete workout. Unless you need someone to hold you accountable, I don’t see the need for a personal trainer anymore.

Peptides are awesome but everyone has their own risk tolerance and if you were not using grey market, you were going to be paying a shite load. I’d say getting hormones addressed would be way more cost-effective, especially if you don’t need to drop any weight.

Well to be fair, that’s what every single peptide website is doing  But they spend a lot of testing.
Mine came in yesterday. This lil sucker is BRIGHT.
I recently bought a 14’ Top hat single axel. Solid trailer with tube rails. For $200 more, I’d just go 14’ over 12’.

This one’s great. It’s got peptide, GH, blend, reverse calc, etc. LINK

Hey whatever it takes man. Placebo is a strong motherfricker. But give the tirz time and it will do it’s thing. Titrate up next month need be.

Nexus aminos is a good place to pick up BAC water too if y’all need. I’ve used him for a while, solid guy.

ETA: seems he’s sold out right now
