Do the experts recommend KLOW in morning or nighttime?

kind of a mixed bag honestly. most say AM but there is a theory that you should take it at night to align better with the bodies natural overall repair cycle.

dosage should be 2.5mg/500/500/500 so you add 2ml of water and do 10units. 5 days on, 2 off for 8-12 weeks then 6-8 off.

You are lifting right?

Oh yeah, we both lift weights 3 or 4 days a week, cardio. I'm 6 foot 180 and look better than I have in years.

I wanted to get my TRT straight then start peptides, Ive been reading the peptide threads, Our clinic offers peptides, tesa, sera, basically anything. From what I've seen straight HGH is the way to go for some people. I'm going to get with them to start soon.

Gotcha. I was doing night time but recently swapped to AM since that’s when I go workout.

Added in 2.5mg of Tirz mid week and 10mg of Reta on Sunday. The addition of Tirz tore my stomach up so I backed that down to 1mg and that seems to be working for me

That is stout. How is it going at 10? I'm at 3mg and don't see the need to go any higher.

Stacking Klow and Mots C with it.

what type of protocol are you using for this? Do you feel any different when using it?

Tomorrow starts my third week on MOTS. I’m taking 3.33 mg per day on MWF.

It might just be in my head, but I feel like my workouts are great on those days and my energy and stamina levels are the highest they have been.

I’ve been on Reta for 8 weeks now, up to 3mg on Wednesdays and don’t see myself going up anymore. Did 6 weeks of GLOW, taking 2 weeks off and starting KLOW next week. Im 6’3, body composition has completely changed, started at 245 and now at 218

Hell yeah, man. On a roll. Like I said before, I have been on tirz for quite a while now, but decided to start Reta last week. Absolutely loving it so far. Nice appetite, suppression and way less fatigue that I was getting before. 219-213 this week. Of course the majority of that is waterweight, but I am aiming for about one and a half pounds a week until I hit 195.

Gotcha. This is probably where I’ll start and inch up to 5mg MWF for 15mg/wk. I really wanted to run SS 31 ahead of MOTS but the price and how far a kit last is a little too much for me

I much prefer MOTS-C to SS-31. MOTS-C gives you noticeable energy. Like, BAM, in your face energy.

SS-31 gave me more of a subtle background energy. I would find myself shaking my knee or walking around more. It was more in the background. Not worth the price IMO.

Did you see a loss of motivation early on with Reta? I know that’s been a complaint but the first generations GLPs - basically that while it’s killing your food drive it kills other drives as well.

Did you ever run the NAD+? If so, how did you like it?

Haven’t dabbled into any of the mitochondria peps, only GLP and the healing peps. But I have MOTS on the way so I’ll see how that goes. A few buddies of mine swear by NAD+ though.

I haven’t experienced this at all except with booze. I have no real desire to have more than 1 drink in a social setting. I’ve been at the beach all week and I find myself drinking water. I can’t tell if that’s the peptide or just that I’m hyper focused on what I’m consuming, or both.

god damn!!!!

and Tirz?

bro we need to discuss this, diet and training

how long you been on this dose? what was your step up?

because thats high. not saying you dont need that but keep in mind, at 80 weeks on the 4mg dose, those in the study lost 20% of their bodyweight. 9% was 25%, 12mg was 28%

its not a huge step up in terms of % for triple the dose. the results are not linear based on dose

I had my first tirz injection tonight. Started at 2.5.

I was expecting to feel some side effects but nothing. Not nauseous. No curbed appetite.

I’m assuming the nausea is hit or miss and the curbed appetite takes time to happen?

nausea is usually ok if you take at night before bed. some still get in the morning, some dont.

as far as curbed appetite, depends on if that dosage is sufficient for you or not. if it is, you will get it prolly tomorrow or next day. if you do, stay on the low dose as long as possible.

Yeah that’s a lot. I had to back way off 4mg because of the terrible side effects, malaise and skin pain being the worst.

My experience with tirzepatide was that peak appetite suppression was always about 2 days after injection. It never gave me nausea, but I would feel very full, like I had just finished a huge meal.

That and it’ll also compound each week. That’s why pharma protocol recommends staying on each dose for 4 weeks.

Play around with this plotter and you’ll see it takes a while to become fully saturated
