Yea I haven't changed much if anything on the hydration. I try to get 100oz of water per day and hit it on most days

For the baws worried about hematocrit - I know it has already been said here but CARDIO is your friend. I do essentially zero cardio, have always been a hard gainer focused on weights only to build size. With my hematocrit creeping up I decided to incorporate 15 minutes of cardio at the end of each of my workouts 5 days a week. I started doing that in July, nothing else in my routine has changed. Below are the results

Within the past month these shoot have come out of no where shooting straight out. Are these suckers?

I'm most definitely pro growth and laugh at the anti data center people on here but anyone that understands numbers would laugh at this figure knowing it is blatantly wrong.

I don't partake - I strictly read these threads for education of my future peptide journey. Again, not providing a specific alternative while bashing this company is dumb. Is it that secretive in the peptide world to not post websites, telegram links, etc?

And the dude even said in his post "Whether you believe BTC is a credible store of value or not, the concept isn't hard to understand." yet instead of acknowledging the concept, you go on talking about gold having industrial use and physical attributes of things and blah blah blah that isn't the point. Maybe unintential but your moving of goalposts and refusal to acknoledge the concept at hand is exhausting
