I bought an aftermarket warranty on my F-150 when the factory went out, and it paid for a brand-new transmission ($10K) when it failed. I felt it starting to slip and went ahead and purchased the warranty. They make you drive it for 1k miles and 1 month before you can make a claim. As soon as I reached that I brought it in and they replaced. Cancelled the policy after that and only ended up paying 2 monthly payments on the policy.

I typically won't record a topped drive that barely reaches the fairway as FIR. I record it as a mis-hit. I also record a good ball that's sitting a few feet off the fairway as a hit fairway, using the grint to record it all.

Agreed, when I play with some of my friends that are 15-20's they lose the most strokes with erratic drives. If you're taking penalties off the tee it's really tough to not double or worse.
