Dad 22, Mom 21. Childhood was great, no complaints.
Wife and I had our first at 23, oldest is 1 semester away from graduating college and youngest is 3.5 semesters away. Most of my similar aged friends' children are in elementary or jr high. It was a little tough early on but now we're living the life while their still raising young ones.

I'm not risking my life or freedom unless it's for a friend of family member in this situation. That's what the new "mental health counselors" are for. Not sorry about that at all.
Illinois has some very nice opportunities.

The problem with Texas is lack of any quality public land in desirable areas. If you're not in a lease or using an outfitter you're wasting your time. No public land in the top counties in S.TX.
Watch, LSU baseball will not hurt for funding due to a few select individual donors dedicated to the sport.

I’d have to agree with your friends, if you’re managing for B&C class deer this guy doesn’t have much of a shot of reaching that level. Not saying it’s impossible but he looks to have inferior genes.

Yes, just about every hunt
Trophies(150 or better) have to be 6 at our place in south texas. We’ll shoot some scrub bucks if they are 4 and not showing potential.

Amazing how ignorant some men are that think kids don't hunt with their parents. Whole family enjoys our ranch.
