Sorry for being ignorant but what does it mean to compound? I’m guessing it means to “get in your system”?

So the peptide has a 6 day half life, so by the time you take your second dose, there is still close to half of the first dose still in your system. If that makes sense. So it’ll compound on itself and give you a higher blood concentration of it. If you plug your dose into that plotter, it shows you the rise in levels as you dose each week.

Kinda random, since you know the guy at Lioncore...how does his BAC water compare to Hospira?

Hospira was horrible.

I ordered water from them and got some alcohol wipes also. The wipes came but I never saw the water. They have no way to contact them either. Just an info@ style email. Nothing else.

I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.

Thank you!

I haven’t had the urge to snack today but I can’t tell if it’s because I’m making myself not snack or if it’s because it’s working.

I’m also having some hunger feels but I’m not starving. Again I’m not sure if I’m truly not really hungry or if my body is just confused because I’d usually want to throw down at this point.

All I've heard is hospira is the gold standard. I'm a newbie at all this and just want to make sure the part that keeps it all sterile is actually good..whether that is lioncore or hospira. I have both.

Nexus aminos is a good place to pick up BAC water too if y’all need. I’ve used him for a while, solid guy.

ETA: seems he’s sold out right now

Eh I ordered from arpovo and got it. Now granted I damn near threw the hospira away because it was wrapped in the brown paper that just looks like packing filling and the wipes were in boxes. Wouldn't have noticed except I tossed the paper on the ground and heard a thunk...went oh frick it's in there

Hey whatever it takes man. Placebo is a strong motherfricker. But give the tirz time and it will do it’s thing. Titrate up next month need be.

Can you post that peptide reconstitution calculator again? I tried to locate the thread you posted it in, but can't find it.

I’m 2 injections into Tirz at 2.5.

I feel like my desire to snack has gone down however I still don’t feel a true appetite suppression, no sickish feelings etc.

Is this normal? I keep waiting to feel the need to throw up and never even want to see food.

It really works to calm the food noises like the desire to snack/eat, but you still have to eat and will feel hungry.

It should make you eat less.

When I first started I would eat breakfast, lunch and then fast until breakfast the next day so I was probably taking in half the calories than before.

If I remember right it took about a month for it to really take effect.

Yeah my snacking has decreased. I’m not really thinking about food during the day but by dinner time I can eat but it’s not a food fest and hasn’t been bad food. Once I eat dinner I may have a snack type food (peanut or something) before bed but I won’t eat again til later the next day. I think the “food noise” is the biggest thing at this point.

Hoping the real appetite suppression hits in a few weeks.

Get moving also, I have a small gym set up in my garage with a tv.

I do light weights but a bunch of reps, YouTube is your friend.

Walking is free and most neighborhoods have trails now, you need a combination of the Tirz/Reta and exercise.

have you taken any before? if not 2.5mg....if possible split in 2 doses. stay on that as long as you are losing weight. Resist the urge to jump just because thats what pharma tells you to do

I’ve had 2 doses of 2.5.

Is it ok to bump up to 5? Or is that too soon?
