I don't think they are caveman isolated stupid I think the Clinton's and democrats rob them. I think MAYBE the DNC has a NGO there to keep them looking ignorant and oppressed.

In those areas of the US where a large percentage of the populace is low skilled for the work force, and there is violence, violence, violence, you will find very low IQ’s.

Of course, but that is way more likely than No. 2 on the list, which is letting a foreign country take complete control of Haiti, or No. 1, which is having massive amounts of inter-racial children. You would basically need No. 3 to reach No. 1.

Isn't it illegal for non-blacks to become citizens or own property, etc? Seems like after they massacred the French, they pretty much made it a blacks-only club. Nothing but success then.

Haiti is poor because they are punished by Western powers for overthrowing their slave masters. Self-rule is always better than being occupied by foreign powers and anyone that is advocating for foreign companies to take over Haiti and strip it of its wealth is a sociopath.

Jamaica was still under Brit rule until like the 60s. They established a pretty good system there, and the locals are far better educated than Haiti. The hand off of power was done better there than in places like former African colonies.
Haiti has been on there own for a few hundred years and it has only regressed. They had an uneducated population who were thrown into a group of govt systems they did not understand. Haiti is comparable to an African colony, Jamaica is an example of a successful withdrawal by a European power. Generally, the Caribbean islands are much "nicer" because of the way power was transferred.
See Rhodesia/Zimbabwe. You can't just hand the country over to the natives and expect them to uphold a system they have 0 knowledge of. It is impossible.

So Hilldawg saw Haiti was easy pickings and swooped in on the heels of a devastating earthquake to steal millions in relief funds? I wouldn’t put it past the Clintons to do such a thing.
