Not occupation. Just run the country completely for them in every aspect. This is better than the current and future misery that is Haiti.
Look at the past. Haiti receives hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign aid and they are going in the wrong direction. Instead of giving Haiti that money it should be given to a foreign country to run Haiti to improve the quality of life for the people of Haiti.

Haiti= 95% sub-Saharan, 5% other.

The Haitians were smart enough to make, make shift boats and head to Miami and were brought to GTMO back in the 1990's. WJC told them come on-- and our coast guard had to rescue them, some dead in the little straw boats from dehydration.

These are hypothetical, "hail mary" type solutions. None of them will actually happen. The world will just continue to spend billions there propping them up and they will live in poverty and squalor forever.

The place seems ripe for a takeover by the Mexican drug cartels if they banded together versus killing each other. Of course that would probably cause international intervention.
