Football players should be allowed to major in football.

They practice, watch film and learn how to be coaches and take financial literacy classes so they don’t go broke.

We literally let kids major in theatre and art at Nichols State like it’s more likely they’re make it in Hollywood than a D1 starter can play in the NFL.

Maryland said you can’t do that without congress’s permission. This is good for our local economy so we want it to happen.

Judge said the President can’t go against a project approved by congress.

That was one of the things they brought up when they were pushing for NIL in the first place.

NFL players get money from their jersey sales

Colleges looked at their best player every year and sold a nameless jersey with their number and sold thousand like people randomly wanted #9 one year.

But really, when we sell his jersey he probably deserves a cut. I cant imagine we’re selling that many anymore but sure. but that letter wasn’t about that.

The amount of Daniel produces LSU sells and profits from is minimal. He knows that and so do we. We also probably would have given him a taste of jersey sales or Fanatics would have since they’re the ones who sell all our merch.

The issue we all have is that he thinks his NIL extends to showing highlights of him and using his season to promote the program wich is not something LSU actually produces a tangible profit in and isn’t actually NIL.
