He was really good and on a team with Mike Evans he would have been better.
But I don't think he was better than Manziel. Definitely a better person and as entertaining at times, though.

That said, Texas has no income tax but a pretty high tax burden overall. Most states compensate through other means.

Cam played in the 2007 O&B game and I have never in my lifetime seen a worse performance. He was just missing everything.
