That's incorrect. The jury is watching the disputed 2nd drone video, in the courtroom, on the 4k TV.

Yep I agree with you. I always wonder though if people realize sometimes they have to get in the mud with the pigs and play their stupid games. Like all of this bs bantering the prosecution was doing with the judge to essentially get him to either get confused and just relent on things.

Whether or not that is their intention, because I am hesitant to say they're smart enough to pick up on that, their long streams of bullshite certainly resulted in the judge being confused and saying frick it, do what you want.
The judge is too old and cowardly for this case.

If those two idiots are doing it on purpose, it’s because someone else told them to. But maybe the defense picked up on the judge responding that way and tried to slide one in there. Hey I get it, this should be squeaky clean, but if the D wants to play dirty at this point I’m all for it.

They have different names for it but I think JNOV is for civil trials. I believe there is a different name for criminal trials.
