I’m wondering at this point if the judge is going to claim a mistrial if the verdict is guilty, but if found innocent the video has done no harm or helped the defense. I can’t quite tell what is in question with what is in the higher def video but it would seem the video helps the defense.

Further putting claims on the prosecutors for withholding evidence like they didn’t know the defense didn’t have the full data video, they literally tried to use the doctored version of the video in evidence to mask the fact that they had a higher def video. The prosecution has kicked themselves in the huts repeatedly.

But then contradicted that on live TV the next day.

Most stupid people believe cable news over anything else
Even Anderson Cooper looked at him like he didn’t believe him.

No rational person watch that interview and thought highly of what GG was saying.

The lady juror who quipped about how would the judge if they sat in his chair sounded in good spirits. Definitely not like she was about to convict someone of murder.

Good point.

Can there still be a mistrial with prejudice? Like is that motion still available even when they asked for one without

So, what if the jury is made up of totally IT dumbasses like myself. Who runs the video for them?

We are gonna find out if the jury has spines or not.

In high profile cases like this, the jury’s identities should never be known. Make them sit behind one way glass or whatever you have to do to make them feel secure.

They didn't ask for a mistrial without prejudice. They simply misspoke. Their filing was "with prejudice."

Had to step into a meeting... Last I saw live was them taking the laptop to load videsos to show the jury.

Cliffnotes on what has transpired since? Has the jury seen what they originally wanted?

The bailiff apparently. He's the only one that can be in the room with them.

I missed some of law folks’ live feed.

Did the jury get told they couldn’t watch the videos until key decisions are made about them?

They removed everyone from the courtroom and are allowing the jury to rewatch the 2nd drone video on the large TV in the courtroom.
