My take on this, which might be reaching- Rittenhouse is either acquitted, or the Judge throws out a guilty verdict. In his mind, the case has been made, and he has no doubt.
He's simply hoping at this point that the jury will do their job.
I see the opposite. They find guilty - judge does nothing. I'm too convinced this shite is fricked.

This is how it should be based one the prosecution's own arguments
Which is concerning that they want to look at it
Like it have any bearing on the charges
Once Kyle started to run away Rosenbaum became the provocator
If he was up on some charge for brandishing his weapon or whatever then maybe the video matters. This is a top level murder charge though.

Yes. The judge was aware of what these public figures said. He addressed the jury about it.
Prosecutorial misconduct?

Yeah, this judge won’t do shite.

I haven’t seen anything since very early in this trial that has given me any hope that the judge has enough intestinal fortitude to throw out anything.

Did the Judge empty the Courtroom and turn the cameras off. Jury is reported to be watching video

Any relation to the assistant prosecutor?

There's no way. If 12 people, after a day and a half, cannot see clear self defense in that evidence than there is no hope for humanity.
Keep in mind that Wisconsinites already cleared the Blake officers, which bodes well for Rittenhouse.
ETA: I'll add that the jurors concerns over camera equipment in the court room likely signals doxxing concerns, which they wouldnt have is they were leaning toward conviction.

This judge sure does think that bells can be easily "unrung."

I'm afraid this may be correct. It's obvious someone with power and influence has gotten to the judge and the defense. They've hung Kyle out to dry

I think it is either hung jury or acquittal,
and I lean hung jury.

None of the reporters on Twitter that appear to be at the courthouse have tweeted any updates so the jury are probably still viewing that one video almost an hour after they started.

That still changes nothing on these specific murder charges.

Talk about reasonable doubt...
If it takes you that long on that video to find something, well...

The governor MUST get these people out of there. This chaos is jury intimidation.

I wonder how long of the video they have? Is it from when Kyle allegedly points his gun and that is it? Is it from when Kyle raises his gun all the way to when he shoots the pedo?
