Nope. Love my wifes natural tits. Don't need bolt ons. I'd never try and convince her to change the way she looks.

My wife loses her mind when I tell her I like the way she looks better without makeup. No way in hell I'm suggesting a boob job.
Just a heads up, you can buy the same DEF at WalMart for $8 or $9 (at least in Texas) for a 2.5 gallon. I usually buy about 10 or 12 jugs at a time because gas stations and auto parts stores charge more than double a lot of the time.

Why landlords don’t drop by monthly to “spray for bugs” is beyond me. To keep an eye on the property.

I could write a book on the things mom neglects to do at her rentals. It's a bit frustrating but she owns the consequences of her neglect. But she definitely needs to implement a monthly inspection of sorts whether it's to "spray for bugs" or some other reason to drop by.

This one is in the top 5 post tenant cleanup jobs that we/she has dealt with.

Finding a way to lift things heavier than my ability into my truck.

Building and fixing things without the proper tools or material is another.

It takes a certain type of person to be successful in rent house business…….which I’m not.

I would guess that some high percentage of renters are in a rental because of not great decisions in their life. . . Those decisions don't stop at the rental door either. Especially given these rentals are more on the budget side, not necessarily low cost, but not extravagant, and small, her renters aren't the brightest crayons in the box.

I thought no inside pets was a no-brainer landlord policy

She says that when she had a no pet policy, she wouldn't get anyone interested in the property or they'd just sneak them instead. And this isn't the first time pets have destroyed one of the houses. I've told her a million times that she has to basically be a dictator with her tenants but she doesn't have the spine to be an a-hole. She's a nice lady, but nice and landlord don't belong anywhere near each other.
Flooring is stained concrete. Trim is probably composite wood I'm guessing. They're budget builds so they're not anything fancy.

Crazy what landlords have to go through to protect themselves from poor people.

It's unreal. The houses are single bedroom single bathroom 900 sq ft homes. So they're not going to get high income renters, but it's hard for me to fathom a scenario where I'm even renting a place and let that kind of smell build up like that. This renter was a bit of a doozy. We learned after the fact that she had random bikers living with her, often times multiples. We had to completely gut one of the houses twice now. Wish they would just sale the damn thing and be done with rentals. More headache than they're worth.
My parents have a rent house and the last tenant was a horrible. We could have a whole discussion about how my mom vets the tenants but the last tenant apparently invited every stray cat into the house, never changed the cat litter box and the cats pissed in every corner of that house. The cat also got under the cabinets and peed and on top of the cabinets. This is about the 3rd time in 20 years a tenant has left the house uninhabitable.

They've gone through 5 pounds of baking soda, repainted the walls, sealed the floors twice. Gone through every product she can think to clean the house. Does anyone have any suggestions to remedy the smell or find the source of the smell even?
RFK is the equivalent of a bias scientist. Instead of working from the 1st step forward, they start at the last step and work backwards to find a narrative that fits their desired outcome.

Played a course in DFW days before it shut down. I didn't know it was going to shut down, and when we showed up to the course, they were dead and the guy in the club house said "We're a solid 3 star course". I guess his star rating went to 100. Otherwise I thought he was being extremely generous with his stars.

My uncle passed from throwing a brain aneurism. Just a few seconds, probably less than 10. Ill take that any time God calls me home.
I thought there might not be a terrorist organization that would negotiate in worse faith than Iranians. . . but the democrats would be worse than Iranians.

It's gotta suck to fail at suicide. Can't even do that right.

I’m convinced that most people who say they like whiskey, actually don’t like it. Whiskey is fricking nasty.

It's a stupid concept I can agree, but I had to force myself to drink whiskey for a bit before I started enjoying it. Probably should have never started in all honesty, but I was drinking a good bit of beer and I feel a lot better after drinking a couple of whiskeys than I do after 4 or 5 beers.

I had to do the same with coffee.

Nothing wrong with a good whiskey sour or old fashioned occasionally, but the drink in the OP is a bit excessive.
I really dislike reaction videos. The OG reaction videos were to Two Girls One Cup and they've all been downhill copycats since then.

My thoughts exactly. If someone has a skillset to demand a high salary like that, she may have to accept a lower salary, but nowhere near $19. . . Tells me her skillset is more on the barista level.

re: Shower Body Sprays

Posted by WhiskeyThrottle on 4/23/26 at 1:00 pm to
In my shop/guesthouse, I've run a 1" line from my pressure tank all the way to the water treatment tanks. After that it's 3/4" all the way to the faucets in the guest house. I'm hoping the pressure is a lot better than what I have in the house because the shower heads leave a lot to be desired. The 1" line to the shop is tee'd off the irrigation system which the main is also a 1" line and I added a couple of farm spigots on the irrigation. The volume and pressure at those spigots is way more than I get off the house water spigots so I'm hoping the volume/pressure conveys all the way to the faucets. I got a bit more work to do before I'm fully roughed in though. I went with a body sprayer in the shower with a shower head. The body sprayer is actually on a pole that can move up and down for different heights.
Why do I have visions of the Chinese food autonomous delivery vehicles doing the same thing in the forest.
