Local sports talk radio is the 2nd most listened to thing on the radio now, behind only country music.
The Columbus ESPN affiliate is live and local from 6am-8pm, and they do crazy ratings.

The average tenure for coaches in major professional sports leagues varies. In the NBA, it's roughly 3.7 years, while in the NHL, it's around 2.3 years. NFL coaches tend to stay for 3 years, and in MBB, the average is around 3.2 years.

Public schools actually compete and win at the highest level here.
Two public schools played for the basketball and public schools won football titles in the highest two divisions this past year. All without artificially watering down sports by breaking them apart.

Another point to add, DeShaun Watson is signed through 2029 I believe.
