There was an issue with hot staging not going the correct direction by 90 degrees, but I believe 5 engines on the booster also didn't re-light as well.
ETA: And one main raptor on Ship didn't light as well.

Same thing happened after hot staging on flight 12.
V3 raptor engines look very streamlined, but there may be some flaws. They almost certainly will need to swap some out.

The issue most people have is they mount the TV too high. It should be eye line in the center of the TV when you're sitting on the couch.

I leave it in the front pocket now and don't even notice it anymore.
