I don’t disagree that Proctor doesn’t prove anything to do with a pedestrian strike; however, he does prove potential corruption and incompetence. I still can’t believe they in no way investigated the very home he supposedly went to. I mean you expect me to believe that no one in that home walked outside to see if he was there and also no one woke up to come outside while all those emergency vehicles were right outside their front door? No way. The Albert’s and Higgins are guilty as sin. No clue how it actually happened but they did it or were negligent in some way. They’re not even on trial and I would be inclined to convict them. There is so much reasonable doubt on this it’s terrifying. The whole thing is just crazy.
The CW's case is so weak that the defense doesn't even need to get into the blatant negligence (at best) and deep seated corruption (at worst).

The CW clearly hired experts that would tell them what they wanted to hear and forced fake science to justify it.

No McFadden seems strange, but if the list is to 25 I guess I can see why.
Ted Ginn, Jr. could be replaced with McFadden.
The one that surprised me was no Honey Badger and no Mariota. Unless I overlooked them. Mariota at Oregon was must see TV.
There has been some must see guys at Oregon
Thomas
Mariota
James
I wo0nder if Jeremy Bloom gets on a list like this if the NCAA does not just totally screw him over.
Huh?

Anyone that doesn't agree that Marchand isn't a rat frick loses all objectivity. Even Bruins fans admitted it.

amazing! It's getting harder and harder to not reach the conclusion that Bev is just outright corrupt.
Remind me, the CW didn't bring their "dog bite expert" in the CIC, but are planning to use him in rebuttal?

Sitting in the penalty box after the delay of game and watching the Panthers score in OT has to be one of the shittiest feelings ever.
