The problem is I didn't. When I give objective analysis there is no subjective personal opinion involved, no matter how much it makes people melt down and lie to accuse me of doing so by either implication or idiotic interpretation

This shouldn't hold up in the courts and if it does get to the SCOTUS, it shouldn't hold up for sure.
But if you let the Dems in the senate get rid of the filibuster and pack the courts, then there won't be a backstop to stop these attacks on the constitution. It is all politics/power for the dems and nothing to do about constitutional restraint.
