Well Messi did the same thing except the ball was already kicked away by defender. Messi didn't get a red card.
Supposedly the slo-mo replay is to be used by VAR for contact initiation. I don't think it was to be used in this type of situation. When you play it slo-mo it does look bad. But if you watch at full speed it is obvious they both went for the ball and it was unfortunate how the feet landed. Once they play it and show it in slo-mo it is hard not to call a red flag, but you can tell it is not intentional and in full speed he was definitely going for the ball. It was not an intentional act.

That is great. A little home time capsule. Great stuff.
Its decent. I paid $100 for it so im a little disappointed.
It is good on the front of the palate. A little like a wheated but there is a bitter on the back end. It is pretty hot so i drop a little water in it.

Cream of Kentucky Cask Strength
Posted by jp4lsu on 7/5/26 at 2:18 pm
I was in Okaloosa Island, FL for vaca and hit a liquor store to see what i could find that i might not see in DFW.
I havent seen Cream of Kentucky in Texas but have some guys drink it on the bourbon page.
Its an interesting story with a former master at 4 Roses buying the name bringing it back. Im a 4 Roses fan so im glad i picked it up. I cant determine the age of it. They other releases are 11.5 and the age is listed on label.
Anybody have an age on the cask strength release and what do you guys think of CoK?

80's had good comedies that are classics. I go back and watch some of the big ones and they aren't crazy hilarious but just good lines and funny situations.
Late 90's and into 2000s, they started to get raunchy and more sexual. Some great comedies out there in the span of 15 yrs.
Late 2000s into 2015ish, you had some big hits but they are extending the raunchiness and such.
Man I just looked it up, but Hangover was in 2009. Can't believe that is 17yrs old. OMG.
This last group put out Hangover, Bridesmaids, Step Brothers, Talladega nights, Tropic Thunder, The Heat. Those are the ones that jump out at me.
I can't think of a recent comedy I've seen. I'm not a big movie goer or follower, but it certainly doesn't seem llike there are comedies like there used to be.
Are there guys/gals following up the stars of the 2000's?

Get the corn out of the gas!!
Get the corn out of the food!
The corn lobby of big farm did this. Takes so much energy and water to make ethanol. It's ridiculous.

This does look good. Having kids, sometimes the stress of these types of shows is tough sometimes because I put myself in that situation.
That's right paperwasp. I remember her throwing that out there. I remember thinking that was odd.
Thanks Bluefin. I had no idea it was 5 seasons. Of course I only recently got AppleTV for Formula 1. So I'm in the dark on some of these shows.
Great point paperwasp. I missed the Shep age thing. The Inn owner going in the suite for 30 sec was bizarre.
Why didn't the same thing happen to Tom in the Suite with the time thing. He only had the curtain open up on him. Unless the video on the TV appeared stuck with the guy walking along the water, maybe that was a time glitch.

Something that is bugging me on this show and I think it is leading me to think there is some kind of time issues with this island.
But why are all the vehicles from the 80's and earlier. The newest vehicle is probably Tom's and the Sheriff's. Those are late 80's vehicles. Why is every car so old.
No I haven't paid attention to the misc cars around town, but it just seems odd.

For All Man Kind - how is that show?
I'm always a sucker for realistic space shows and politics. It's why I liked The Expanse. Realistic on the space travel and how they would travel, politics of humans scattered along Mars, Moon, and Asteroid.

AI sux.
AI is going to decimate industries. If they use an AI clone of their voice they should still be compensated if you ask me. It is their talent and property that has helped a product. If you want to continue to use my talent and property to make more products or make money then that person should be compensated with it is cloned using AI or not.

My issue is with having women in these action fighting scenes with men is so ridiculous. If they are going up against the average joe and the woman has some elite skills, then maybe so. But pitting them against trained fighters of similar skill is just ridiculous. They would be torn up.
One realistic fight scene with a woman was in Lioness and she got beat up some and had to flee. I believe it took her finding a knife to be to escape.
Jason Bourne had problems with similarly trained men and they expect the fans to believe that a woman can hang with a male of similar training.
I hope this is a troll.

I thought it was really weird to do a remake of this and frozen. They aren't that old, especially Moana and you have to use so much CGI for the scenes, it's kind of like whats the point. It's all CGI and animated anyway, then you plop some actors front of a green screen. Seems stupid.
Now Snow White or Cinderella translate well to a live action because it doesn't need the CGI like the others do.

Geez man i had no idea it was that bad.
You guys reach out to some trucking companies and have them setup a trailer for a donation site. Those guys are eager to help. We did something similar here in DFW with Raider Express trucking in 2016 BR flood.

Yeah I agree. It would be difficult, but Blaine was still twitching on the ground. So they gave some wiggle room if they got extended another season.
I would've been the same format as Stranger Things. Each season is kind of a stand alone but still connected to the root villain.

I'm glad the show looks like they're going to try and keep it balanced between Noir and Sci-Fi.
Sci-Fi? What?....I just started the episode 1 last night and I would've never thought sci-fi. I better stop reading and get to watching.
I do like his morality and good heartedness, but that high metabolism bit when he is drinking, I can see where this is going.

I thought the look from Tom was because he thought Wyck owed him an "attaboy" but was just being grouchy.
Fair point, that could be. I might be trying to too much into it.
But how would Wyck know to give Tom an attaboy? Wyck supposedly doesn't know that everything worked out.
If it was you that just got back on the boat, you would be happy and the first thing you would ask is, "did the plan work? Is Warren dead?"
You wouldn't be complaining about Tom being in the cabin or complaining about what was moved on the control panel and then finally decide to ask about plan and if it worked. It was odd. I didn't really pay attention the 1st time thru but the 2nd time after somebody here mentioned the oddness of Wyck getting back on the boat, it is an intriguing and subtle scene.
How did a 65 yr old man get back on the boat without a ladder?

UNC has been there 13 times and has never won.
Seriously? Wow.
I might pull for them then. I was naturally pulling for OU being here in DFW. But then I start thinking of the OU football fans and I'm kinda turning towards UNC now.
Plus we don't need another great SEC program to battle. IT is getting tough in the SEC.

Alright a couple more things I noticed.
-yes the pendant around Warrens neck, injured Wyck's hand in the same way it did to Warren. Somebody mentioned this previously, good catch.
-when Wyck got back in the boat, how was he able to pull himself into the boat with a ladder? He sort of appeared as a thud and watching this again Tom has this puzzled look on his face like something is off with Wyck. Wyck gets on the boat grouchy not happy to be alive and he waited quite awhile to ask about Richard in the coffin. Kinda like he knew already but had to ask to Tom to play dumb. Very strange scene and a head scratcher as to why Tom was looking at Wyck like something was off.
Maybe the entity helped save him or there was a pact created while in the water.
-One funny thing was after they dug Warren up explaining it to Tom, Wyck grabbed a sharpie and circled the pendant in Warren's portrait. So not there a permanent marker on the paining.
-Going thru a 2nd time, I'm picking up on the dry subtle comedy more.
