Preach, friend. These bigots won’t get it.

How is a Hispanic getting more interviews inherent evidence of DEI?
Daughter scored 30 points higher, got less interviews.
Imagine if they got the same score. Why should he be ok with his daughter being offered a lower quality of life based on her skin color?

I’m sure he would love if it was a competition, rather than a pre determination. Kind of his entire point

Need p8cs of daughter to see if she has privilege

Tell her to identify as a non-binary native American.
The offers will be off the charts.

Your daughter doesn't recieve any favorable bias as a "woman in stem"? Of course she does.
Everyone is only ever obsessed over the person who gets more and completely ignores their own advantages.

Not at all. Do you know what a Bell curve is? There is a gap to the right between what my daughter’s grades are and the grades of her classmates in most of her med school classes. She’s not even on the curve. She is to the right of the curve on the X axis out there by herself. There are Reddit threads an about how to make a 275 on step 2. Are you worried minorities can’t compete without different standards than whites and Asians?

Primary purpose of public education.
It worked with climate change, DEI coming along just fine.

I got mad and cursed DEI but my daughter got mad at me for even suggesting that. Kids are taught to just accept it. It’s amazing how white kids are taught and believe that prejudice against them is not wrong. DEI has no place in picking who becomes a doctor.
The end game/goal of the Cultural Marxists is to destroy societal norms by destroying the truth. The best social environment to promote and spread cultural Marxism is when society is experiencing unpheaval and unrest.....the Cultural Marxists have worked tirelessly for decades to arrive at this point in US history, they are hell bent on completing the "Fundamental Transformation" of America that Obama spoke of.

The scores don’t lie and you know it.
All-things-equal: NON-whites get preferential weighting.
It’s unethical and should be illegal.

I hear what you’re saying, but how much of your daughter’s response was her defending her friend?
She’s not necessarily brainwashed. I wouldn’t despair.

I thought she might would but I have seen very little benefit to being a white female both in applying to med school and to residency programs.

275 vs 245
Frankly posting a 275 Step 2 is so high, that in terms of the match, it might be a program intimidator. i.e., "Well someone with a 275 isn't going to come here, so let's interview candidates who will actually consider us."
Sounds crazy, but that is the way the match runs. Hopefully your daughter got a heads up in that regard before her apps to emphasize her reasons for considering each school. It will be especially important for her to emphasize in her interviews. If she nails that, she'll match her top choice. Congrats on a very bright kid.

I was at MD Anderson on Tuesday for a procedure for my wife. In the area we were in there were no males in sight for the few hours we were there in the middle of the day.
Also, there were no white females. All were hispanic, asian, or black. It was notable.
She got good care and the procedure seemed to go well. The black lady that performed the procedure was very good in that she really appeared to have a lot of practice and allowed me to stay after they told me earlier I would have to leave for the procedure. The asian lady who took care of my wife was excellent.
I wondered how much more difficult it is to get hired there if you are white.

A medical career is evolving to a job.
I wish I had been entrepreneurial and spent my life in business.
Medicine is being corporatized. Most doctors don’t understand that they are ja form of highly skilled labor.

Parents of white kids, the game is rigged.
If you aren't teaching your kids to counter-rig it, you are not doing them any favors.

No he isn’t, he’s racist and flaunts it because he is a protected class.
