Why are people suggesting him for other drives? He was at one of the best programs and didn’t give the required effort to win, why would he take another job?

Let’s use Michigan for an example. Pay Michigan $25 mil to hire Kelly for 5 year $54 mil contract.
LSU lowers their buyout cost from $54 to $25 mil and Michigan gets a good coach for $29 mil.
Seems like a win win
