I got a refund, but for everyone to act like us from TN should be more flexible is moronic. I specifically asked if he could deliver before I ever ordered. Had he even hinted that it would be inconvenient for him I wouldn't have ever ordered. As it was, he said he came to Memphis all the time. Got the 2nd container in and he told us that he had a hunting buddy that was bringing them up on December 21st. Was always very responsive to emails, but then his buddy never showed up on the 21st, and he stopped responding to emails or texts.
Went through about 2 more months of sporadic emails with him telling us we would for sure get out coolers by early February. Then no more contact. By the end of February I had requested a refund from him and he never came through. So I filed a dispute with PayPal and luckily got my money back.
I hold no ill will towards him and understand that this all got too big to manage, but for his buddies here defending him and calling us idiots, keep in mind that I never forced him into this cooler buy or begged him to deliver to Memphis. He took on both on his own. I assume he is an adult and as such should be responsible for his actions (and promises)

Since he wouldn't return emails, i just requested a refund through PayPal. I didn't want to do that, but he stated that there would be a delivery to the DFW area, but that didn't happen to my knowledge. I tried, but I got my money back so no biggie.

You are a lot nicer than I would be. This is pretty indefensible if he's holding on to peoples money AND the product, especially considering the delivery assurances he seems to have made to several of the posters in this thread.

The NoColors cooler gate could be a good case study for 5th graders to show just how hard running a business is, and why some things cost more than you think it should.
Logistics and overhead can be a nightmare.

I didn't start this as a bash NC thread. That's why I waited so long to ask about it.
I'm sure it's a huge headache to line all that up, and it's my fault I can't go to one of the drop off points. Knowing that I couldn't just get up and go when one of the ships arrived, I shouldn't have even ordered them.
Just wondered if anyone else has had trouble getting a response after emailing him. I'll definitely keep trying.
