Which is kinda funny to think about when you consider how insane Easter brunch is for higher end spots. How there can be that much contrast, but obviously makes sense.

I think the number of closed restaurants consolidates those customers into the open restaurants and make them a lot busier. Also those eating out for Easter are looking for a higher end meal, making those restaurants that don't fit that in demand cuisine with less demand even though they are open.
We are closing for the weekend. Let everyone eat crawfish and ham, I'm going to take a couple days off for the first time since New Year's day.

Yea, we sell our store picks

Can I get a rating from y'all on this store pick, please?

The odds of many of us having tasted that store pick are slim, but I have 2 barrels of Old Dominick being shipped to me, a 7 year wheated bourbon at 118 proof and a 129 proof 8 year tennessee whiskey. Both were great and I ended up picking up both.
If $30 is good, then $100 an hour is better, let be better and raise that bar...

re: Grand Isle Jewels (Oysters)

We have had the Jewels in the past and currently are using the Bright Side from Grand Isle for our baked oysters. They size we are currently getting is perfect for baking and they are much cleaner than traditional gulf oysters.

We are still serving east coast oysters on Thursdays for our raw oyster night.

Congrats to French settlement getting the monkey off their back. Stella Allison hit a half court shot at halftime buzzer.

It was actually a 3/4 court shot. It was impressive.

Buddy brought me a bottle of the OF single barrel rye to taste. The bottle was 130+ proof and fabulous.

Also both of the Duck Club bottles are a great value for the price point (around $30) I like the higher proof 110 proof over the 92 proof.

He probably called 4 seconds before the first bombs exploded.

Not that there is anything wrong with that...

I think we have hit 13, all of Utah, Most of Colorado, all of Wyoming. I have loved them all and want to hit Glacier and a number on the west coast, plus Alaska. Perhaps one day... We have found the Guide Along App to be a great tool to learn about the parks and the surrounding areas while driving. Great way to learn and pass the time.

That looks really good. I just checked their menu and saw that they have quite a few items I never knew they had.
