Sazerac has distribution set up where sales of things like Fireball and Wheatly are tied to getting more desirable bottles. By bundling they are able to move a combination of bottles that help them get more allocated bottles.

Friend of a friend lived in apartments behind Fred’s. They were a couple of years older than us, someone they knew had a back door phone number for Reggie. The person that gave it to them didn’t give them the actual phone number, they programmed the number into the house phone so they could use it but couldn’t share it.

I'm not much of a scotch drinker but I like to point our scotch drinking customers to this graph and chart. You might like one grouping of scotches but not others, Whiskeyanalysis database If you look at the chart, you can see a V distribution of the tasting points.

They were real good, we moved a mess of oysters last night. My chef has been rotating making a different Mignonette every week. This week we had a Meyer lemon with soaked mustard seeds that pop in your mouth, paired with some yellow siracha sauce. It really makes the oysters pop instead of covering up the flavors with cocktail sauce.
