Freshman year of college 1985, when I got tired of hitching rides back and forth to Ruston, I paid 1,700 for a '79 Chevy pickup (standard transmission, no a/c). My Dad said I was a fool for doing it and that I'd be working on it more than driving it. That very night I was beating on the linkage with a hammer to get it out of second gear. That was right before the first of many boot knockings went down on that long vinyl bench seat.

Sold it after two years for 1000. I'd give a lot more for it now.
Same here. My grandmother's family is buried at Coulee cemetery, and I'm aware of many facts you've posted. I have the hardback book of the Nightriders. They roamed all over that piney woods country I grew up in.

Small world.

Are you a “historian” from Winn Parish with last name starting with D by chance?

Let's get on to some real football :geauxtigers:
My brother and cousins had a place just as this in MO. That’s a good deal and you’ll get chances at hammers.
Glad I don’t have any. Wouldn’t want to break any communist laws.
Looks like I've got Google fooled

Delete. We canceled the trip and will watch the Blackbear beatdown from home.

Honestly, you're playing a bit of russian roulette with any truck nowadays.

It should be a crime considering how much they charge for trucks these days. They should come with a 200k power train warranty from the factory.

No shootings should be the goal on this day

You know that ain't happening.
I have one. It's handy to put in your pocket but it's the most inaccurate pistol I've got. I still carry it because if I have to use it, it will probably be within 10 feet. If I'm not in fear for my life I'm not shooting another person.

Glad to hear from you RoyD. Been clapping any stinkin fat hoes lately?
I agree with the Leupold VX3. You can get a 3.5x10 off Gunbroker in the 300 range.
Lifetime warranty
Dam Sun, give it up and enjoy some decent baseball.
Maybe you can shite on other teams next year but I'd give it a rest. :sec:
At least they got there. STFU

sit these things out
I've sat it out all my life and missed a lot of chances. I may be stupid to try a little now, but it won't surpass the amount of it in the past.
