Anybody else get shafted on the cooler deal?

May get whacked but just trying to get a little info.

The pickup process was just way to complicated for me to go through, so I requested a refund. It's been almost two months without even a response, and I know someone else that refunded when requested. Didn't think it would be a problem, but obviously I'm screwed.

Shuda known better.

He was terrible when it came to replying to emails. Just keep spamming his inbox until he responds. Or try texting him if you have the number...couple people in the Discord app group chat said they got in touch with him that way.

got my cooler on the 3rd container without issue. You just had to be flexible. The people who aren't local could have just purchased an RTIC with the amount of money and time spent trying to get a cooler

Are any of you located near north Ms? I have several in inventory and if you can show where you paid him for them I can distribute to you what you paid for if I have the correct size in stock.

That was true, but
well IMO it was rather idiotic for guys in Tennessee to go in on a group buy with a guy from Mississippi on a Louisiana website and ecpect for them to be delivered to tennessee.

He’s got a life too. Don’t expect him to bend his schedule at this point for your convenience. The pickup process was too complicated for you to go through but dozens of other guys did it. It was inconvenient for you so don’t be upset that he isn’t going to inconvenience himself to make sure one cooler is delivered. Like Clyde said, you’ll get the money back or a cooler. If it’s the cooler, expect to drive to MS to get it or be able to meet him when he’s in LA for reasons unrelated to delivering your cooler. I caught him when he was passing through hattiesburg and just got mine about a month ago. Yea it was a long process, yea it took him a while to get back to me, but I never felt like I was being scammed. Life happens. I understood he wasn’t going to make a special trip to drop off a cooler for me. He’s had several bulk drop off points. Keep emailing him. He’ll respond eventually. He doesn’t have a motive or necessity for keeping your money.

True. Luckily I was driving back to town the day he was here and swung by Chuckie Cheese on my way. The other option was going to his camp/farm near Port Gibson. Is that still a possibility for guys that need to pick up their cooler?

That’s true.

A guy living in Tennessee thought it would be easier to pay for a black market cooler, through PayPal then somehow get the cooler from south LA to Tennessee than ordering an Rtic off the website and having it delivered to their house in a week.

I didn't follow the original thread, because I already get my K2 ice chests at cost, but would be interested to know how deep of a discount it was.
