Look around......we've been knocking down and digging shite up all over the country for 250+ years now. We're doing more of it than ever before. You can make one call and have as much dirt as you want and it wouldn't require anything special.

Yep. They also are going to need a deep water port to transport rockets built in Texas to ship to Louisiana for launching. So there is probably going to be some new channel that needs to be dug south of the Freshwater City lock.
