Sounds like he died then fell and would assume the coroner would see burns from the electrocution. Odd and very sad story.

I’ve used it as directed many times on St Aug and not killed the grass.

I guess there’s pitfall with every job but there’s a couple at my place of employment. The saying isn’t “if” you’ll make the mistake but “when”. What’s done is done, like others said own it, tell the truth and they will look at you much more favorably than if you try and cover it up. Good luck
