Are you the OR poster that started by selling dental insurance in DC can’t remember the username.

Also - there’s worthless people in every industry. A good insurance agent provides a lot of value.

Idk why the post didn’t actually post.

In 2022 full golf was around $50k and $1k or so a month.

The $15k back then was $500 or so and just two courses I think and you couldn’t play Friday PM- Sunday AM.

Seems like a good deal overall. Do a search on IG and see if there’s a ton of people tagging the location could be a good way to judge the overall tournament/event pressure.

The other one I was thinking of was woodforest but have no clue what the initiation is.

Based on the two clubs it could be - My first issue would be one of them allows tournaments/corporate outings Im pretty sure, the second issue would be the traffic getting home - but I know options are slim up there.

Almost worth the TWCC cost just to not have to sit on 1488.

My first mortgage was 0 down with closing cost rolled into my loan. Think I actually walked away with a check at closing. Sold it 6 years later and netted $20k - I think I made 4 extra payments total.

My only regret is that my next mortgage was based on the assumption I was keeping that house, ended up selling it a month after we moved. Should have kept it.

I’ve driven and done the cogwheel up to pikes peak if we’re counting that.

Highest by foot is Bierdstadt and Evans - so 14,130 ft.

I’ve been 1,800 feet below sea level before though.
