Is she trying to imply that he wasn't in the process of doing that?

If we are to assume this clown doesn't ENJOY killing people, maybe he should not do this dumb shite if his response to some hood taking his car is deadly force.

Let's let things play out in court first dummy. Justifiable homicide is NOT murder no matter how difficult it is for you to parse the terminology.

Won't need courts.

Or he’s someone who doesn’t want to live with killing someone, justified or not, over material possessions.

Unless his life is in danger, he’s absolutely right.

If the car is driving at him to kill him, yea he’s a cuck.

I'm against people gunning down criminals when its not in self-defense, but I also have no sympathy for this woman. Her brother's death was his fault.

I'd never be a juror on this type of case if the woman sues. Even if it was a bad shooting, I'm not going to give money to someone who was in the middle of this type of crime.

So unless you're in front of the car and he is running you over... that's homicide.

I’m pretty sure the immediate aftermath of a life threatening situation is still covered if you haven’t had time to process and cool off.

Ie someone tries to run you over, they miss and you shoot and kill them as they’re pulling off right then and there, you’re okay.

Someone tries to run you over, they miss. You run inside, get your gun, hop in your car, chase them down and shoot them? That’s murder bruh.

I wouldn't feel bad about killing a POS thief.
I would be worried about my freedom and safety from retaliation from his family or friends.

Well in Louisiana it’s not legal. But the real problem is that you’re making excuses about your fricked up criminal of a son.
