Those tundras are now available to import from Japan. They got some nice ones with 4.7 and low miles. Just have to do the right hand drive

I had a 99 extended cab Silverado Z71 that was maroon with the gold two tone bottom trim.

I had that Dodge, the transmission was such a piece of arse. Factory paint made it like 9 years before going grey

I always liked the look of that era Ram. My Dad had the first year the Tundra came out, sweet truck, he gave it to my POS brother who completely trashed it, damned shame.

If ya gotta have GMT800....GMC Sierra.
GMT400 Sierra's were produced into 1999, and 2500/3500 ran into 2000.
Would have been tempted to grab a lot queen GMT400 C/K with L31.

I had just completed graduate school and had a SUV with 400,000 miles on it.
Sept 2001 there was 0% financing I needed a truck
I chose the GMC Sierra Z71, Kept is for about 12 years sold it to a friend and they are still using it some. It was a great truck

I suspect there are more Tundras from that year still on the road than the other models. I see them all the time on Texas roads. Knowing what I know now the Tundra. Back then it would have been the F-150.
