Home construction has cratered.

My issue is the price they are asking to build. Around here, southeast Alabama, they wanted close to $200/sf to build a 2250 sf house on my property that I already own. 450k for a 2250 sf house on my property. That is crazy for a house that probably wouldn't appraise for it when it was done or maybe just over it and I have 6 acres and a big barn already on it.
I heard a couple salty words when it went down.

Lacey played poorly, albeit she was like a waitress there and not an online golfer. But as an ex college golfer she was pretty poor.

Sara might’ve been the most annoying one there. Saying “you’re him” to the dwarf 75 times in an afternoon made me want break my screen

Gabby is good. Not much of a personality in the videos but a good player.

The thing is, I have never heard any of them talking about how good they are and how they were pro. Paige advertises that way and with her bewbs. I assume that Lacey is a solid 8 handicap and, under the pressure, she hit a lot of good shots. She wouldn't set the world on fire but she certainly would have played to a 10 or so and that was playing the same tees as the guys.

I can see that with Sara but she seemed to be a nice girl that was a solid player. She was dwarfed (no pun intended, ok maybe a little) by Chaz playing out of his mind.

I've been following Gabby for a couple years just because she does a lot of trick shots and such and never really hid the fact that she took a long time setting stuff up. She kind of mocks herself with a lot of her reels.

Maher is a true and true 90s democrat. He isn't far from the current right with a few social differences. if you pulled abortion off the board, he would probably vote republican these days.
I just finished watching the finale and I pretty much agree with everyone here. Mo is a hardcore cheater through and through. He’s the biggest loser here. Paige comes off as a giant a-hole that is willing to do whatever to get her way (like most women I know). She is a gaslighter, a shite talker and she will cheat her arse off as long as she can play dumb.

Biggest winners is the other three girls in here, Lacey, Sara, and Gabby. All three came off great with good abilities.

I’m shocked no one stepped up and took on Dave with some of his betting.
Alright so I just started blowing through this and I’m on episode 3 now so I’m posting here. Paige looks good in this one but does anyone else think this is hurting her brand some? If not her brand (which may just be tits and golf at this point anyway), at least it hurts her clout as being a good golfer? She seems to have been toted through the first three rounds so far and they didn’t play many of her shots and she hasn’t made many, if not more than a couple, putts of any length.

Dalke and Reggie have been the top two players through three rounds overall. Finch is playing his arse off but he is coming off like an a-hole a bit
Unless Daniels is going to lay down and refuse to play, he is getting paid to be there and be ready to play. The truth is that Durkin is still trying to get the job I’m sure and that means putting his best chance to win on the field.

I don’t feel bad for these kids now that they are getting crazy money to be there.
I bought the annual membership last year or early this year. I watched homestead and that is really it on it. I feel like I am contributing to a good cause by subbing to them as it is all family friendly entertainment.

That 5 second play, I wish they had pump faked the quick out and release up the field.

Holy shite at the hold from that receiver downfield. Ref turned and ran from it.

I honestly thought that too.

I had a pair years ago that were crazy comfortable. I would also take a look at true linkswear but they have gone up about 50% the past couple years.

I’ve got a pair of Jordan’s now, a pair of olukai, a pair of footjoys and I tend to wear the Jordan’s and olukai the most now but I don’t walk like I used to.
I’ve always struggled with a driver in hand but have always been an excellent iron and wedge player and above average putter.

The last few times I’ve played, I’ve managed to hard shank a couple shots and hit the rest of the shots inside 160 to about 15 feet and in.

I just bought a mini driver to see if I can bump my driver by using a smaller head 2 wood. I hit my 3 wood about 245 now but I hit it on a string so I am hoping that the mini driver will carry over.

I don’t see a huge difference in any of the main 4

Maybe lsu by a smidge, but with their current situation with the governor who knows what’s going on. I think us, pedoU and Florida all very close.

I think LSU and Florida are a step above us and PSU. They are both state schools in the SEC and both are talent rich states.

That said, I think we are actually a better job than Penn State by a smidge. Penn State, before Franklin, had like 5 coaches in 70 years or something. They are starting to turnover coaches now too so that stability isn't their selling point anymore.

If Auburn players stay put and we get a good coach, this team is really close to a playoff team next year. It is hard to see with the offensive output of this year, but a few portal linemen and some coaching and this is a top 5 team now.
Auburn is probably the third best job open right now. Florida/lsu at one and two the. Auburn and then Penn state.

In other words, many taxpayers will pay more upfront and get a bigger refund in 2026. Kelly estimates that the average refund could be roughly $3,743 — that’s up from the average refund of $3,186 for the previous tax year, according to the IRS.

An extra $557 in tax refunds sounds like good news, but Kelly warns that this wave of repayments is not spread equally and could have unintended consequences for the broader economy

Does this mean you have to pay in taxes to get the additional refund? Is that what they mean by not equally spread out?

This reminds me of the story about the group of friends that used to go to the bar. 1 guy paid half the tab, 2 paid 15%, 2 paid 10% and the other five paid nothing. The owner came by and gave them a 10% discount and the ones that paid nothing were upset they didn’t get any of the 10%

Yes. it still makes me laugh that people hated Jay Jacobs so bad but he hired some of the best secondary coaches with Pearl and Thompson.

Against Arkansas and Kentucky we scored 1 offensive touchdown and 0 in the last 115 minutes of action. This despite starting 5 or 6 drives in opponents territory. I think the offense only crossed the 50 twice last night and not sure we ever got inside the 40 other than the pick. We have two receivers who some projected as first rounders before the season. I don't think one had a catch last night and the others deepest target that i remember was like 5 yards.

it is baffling how bad our offense is this year. it starts with the line is the worst line I have ever seen end to end at Auburn and then the quarterback who holds the ball too long, receivers can't get open quick enough. It is abysmal.

The fact that there isn't a whole new group of offensive coaches by now is mind-blowing. It is like Freeze wants his check to get out, an he might.

I know we are in a bad spot now with several nice job open and we have two or three on payroll right now due to ridiculous buyouts. This is why I was 100% behind hiring Cadillac instead of getting new coach out of the pot of shite, he would have been cheap, we pay off Harsin and get him off the books and give Caddy a chance to prove himself. If he didn't or couldn't, then we tried but we would be no worse off than we are right now.
