Opened about a month ago and I see a lot of people raving about it on facespace. Has anyone been there yet to comment on it? I’ll be in the area this weekend and may give it a try.
My scout loves the Deer Season XP too. Tried 170gr Hornady and it threw them everywhere. I still want to try the Barnes Harvest because it shoots good in everything else I got. I’ve heard good things about Bear Creek copper bullets if you are strictly handloading
Yanks with back to back clutch hits. Would you look at that
Is Michael Buffer still getting over a million per appearance because he’s washed
Slightly off topic but there are 2 different American football leagues in Europe right now. They stream their games in youtube. It’s mildly entertaining
Has anyone tried a striped donkey?

Have they done Tarzan?

They’re torn over how to race swap Tarzan and still make him act like an ape.
What’s the deal with this trend of making really dark gumbos? I’ve been to some restaurants that serve gumbo looking like motor oil. I grew up in the heart of cajun country and everyone’s gumbo was always brown like a pecan shell.
You think a receiver who runs up to 60-70 full sprint routes during a game and then all the jogging back to the huddle between every single play isn’t covering a decent amount of ground throughout an entire game?
Once again, Im not disputing that soccer players are on the move a lot, but they aren’t full throttle for 90 minutes like people make it sound.

While I’m not trying to downplay the shape soccer players are in because they are incredible endurance athletes, I think the amount of all out sprinting they do is exaggerated by a lot of people.
At the same time I see a lot of Euros say the average NFL player is only actually playing for 9 minutes in a 60 minute game. But they downplay the fact that they are going at 100% for the 9 minutes and ignoring all of the moving around in between plays. I bet an NFL receiver or DB covers several miles every game too.

I don’t totally disagree with you if we’re talking teenagers. Yeah the kid that couldn’t get on the field or court goes run track or cross country. I see it at my kids high school now. There’s 75 kids going out for baseball, over 100 for football. The kids who were always behind in those sports at younger ages tend to migrate to where they can play.
Now if we’re talking adults, no not at all. You could’ve been one hell of a high school player but not elite. So while the best have already moved on to college or professional leagues, you aren’t left with a lot of choices as an adult. If you still want to do something that is highly competitive as an adult, it usually ends up being a highly individualized sport like triathlon or marathons.
People are throwing tons of money at the same models for baseball and basketball and neither MLB or the NBA are short on talent. Soccer just isn’t going to garner interest from the top level athletes.
1 cup of rice is equal to 1/2lb of pasta according to chatgpt. I usually do a quart of liquid per lb of pasta but I like my pastalaya to still be wet when done.
Meanwhile, out of 350 million Americans, not one can name the Belgium president.
I see people debating whether we should’ve been in a 3-5-2 or a 4-2-3-1. Once the game starts does that really matter? It seems no one stays in that order anyway
I’ve been a casual follower of USMNT for years but I’ve never played soccer, it literally didn’t even exist where I grew up. However, we’ve come a long way and now my kids play and the high school they will attend has a boys and girls team. I get that there are defenders, midfielders and strikers, but when I watch a game I don’t get what the formations mean at all. Everyone seems to be all over the field at any given time.
My ex pawned her ring to pay the retainer for her lawyer. Of course that didn’t go as far as she thought it would. I can only imagine how she squared things up with him.
