We keep hearing these fantastic predictions concerning AI. We are told that AGI is feasible within 2-3 years. My question is this, how do we power these energy hogs? Our power grid is dated and fragile. Nearly every new power project will be challenged in court or stopped/delayed by some activist judge. China is on lining hundreds of new power plants. AI is an existential threat if we are on the wrong end of it.

If God created other “humans” or such beings, they would have fallen short of His Glory as well. They would need a Redeemer, same as us. I cannot fathom a scenario where Jesus hops from planet to planet atoning for the sins of the inhabitants. That would undermine the uniqueness of our world and cheapen His sacrifice. “Aliens” are simply demons or fallen angels sent to deceive and torment individuals and influence governments and societies.
