A+ any complaints I have are minor. Don't associate with one side much but they're good people and we've helped each other out a good bit. Old lady on the other side is the reason I'm gaining weight. Drops food off constantly.

Left side- Came for 2 weekends so far in 2022.

F to the west and C to the east. F is an a-hole who calls code enforcement on me and just butchered my tree that overhangs his property. Just went straight up hacking all branches that overhang his property.

They really are very nice otherwise. They asked me one time to please repair a section of fence by a certain date because they were having a backyard get together though. Like please have this done by 4/28 or whatever
It was damaged by a storm and I hadn't gotten around to it. It wasn't blown completely over.

My neighbors are A+. We all have fences but I know they look out for my stuff and they know I look out for their stuff

That's certainly his right. I cut limbs off of my neighbor's tree that hangs over my property line too.

All great except for a mother daughter combo that are both widows. They have had a rough go losing both of their husbands to cancer. But I tried to be nice and help out at first but now they think I’m their handyman.

Just moved to a new neighborhood. Had an amazing neighbor on one side but he was in his 90s and moved closer to his kids (house 4 doors down has an accepted offer $100k more than we bought our house for 3 months ago and immediate neighbor turned down a similar offer holding out for $150k more). other neighbor walks her dog 20 times a day and keeps up with all the neighbors (walking dogs, feeding cats, watering plants etc when people are out of town). Across the street neighbors (2 houses) invited us for patio drinks last night and had snacks so that was super friendly. I think we made a good move. Last neighbors at our old house were quiet and clean except for across the street guy. He and his wife were weird and creepy and we suspected the kids dealt drugs.

One side is a an older retiree. We chat anytime we’re both outside and he’s been over a handful of times when we hand friends over. He gets a B.
The other neighbor is a couple with kids and we butted heads since day one. No issues with the kids, the two adults are the issue. They get an F-
