I like my neighbors. The one to the right of me I never talk to other than a hey, how's it going? The other neighbors though, we'll stop and talk for a few minutes every once in a while.

My neighbors to my right are awesome. They are a younger couple with cool kids. Old couple to my left that are very friendly. Guy across the street works with me as does his neighbor. We hang out all the time together.

Our neighbors are all cool. We hang out with the ones behind us weekly as we have similar interests and kids the same age. The one to our left is a Mexican construction baw with 4 kids that we occasionally hang out with. They are really nice and have similar family values as us. Our neighbor to the right is a black couple w/ 2 kids that keep to themselves mostly. They wave whenever we see them and their kids play outside occasionally, but for the most part you barely know they're there.

We are super lucky. We have two good neighbors. Older, retired couple on one side. Super laid back. Watches our stuff when we are gone and we do the same for them.
Other side is a younger (than us) couple with a toddler and one on the way. Super nice also. I've helped him out a couple of times when he's had issues with his mower (I loaned him mine and had my kids cut his yard once). We feed their cat when they are out and I'm confident will help us when the time comes.
