I'm looking for a backup. I assume it's a good service, what's the cost?
I use a French Press everyday. Its better if you grind your own beans as you need a coarse grind but most stores where you buy beans have a grinder you can use and set it to coarse grind. You'll have to go through some trial and error to figure out the amount of beans you need for each brew but once you get it set its easy. And a French Press results in less caffeine than other brewing methods so that works for what you are wanting. Now my cholesterol spiked when I started using a French Press many years ago, which is a known issue with a press, so now I pour it through a filter into my cup. I use a ceramic filter holder like this LINK and put a No. 4 paper filter in it. It is a PIA sometimes as it can clog easily but thats what I have to do.

In 1983 they were great, I had never heard anything like them. They put out War, Boy, unforgettable Fire and October which were all good albums
We all anticipated there next album which was Joshua Tree , they were done. That album sucked but it's when your average listener discovered them and they became huge. They became progressively shittier after that , chasing the next Big Hit.
Maybe going to a chain is the problem. I've never experienced that at local fine dining places.

Azul Respasado is a really nice fancy bottle but it is shite tequila with all sorts of additives, especially vanilla....yack.. Cascahuin Tahona Blanco Tequila or anything by Cascahuin is really good and under $100 but its in a regular bottle. G4 makes really good tequila too.
That's what Italian Cypress do in Louisiana. Heat, Humidity and soils are not conducive to planting Italian Cypress. There are columnar varieties (Juniperus virginiana "Taylor" is one) of Eastern Red Cedar that do much better.
You have to go into your settings and set the location to Retardville
I have a friend who has a serious wood shop in a small warehouse he owns. He makes stuff for high end clients and trained with some sort of master woodworker in Santa Fe, NM when he was young . Even with that training and clientele, he has a trust fund that he lives off of.
The entire Purple Mountains album is a suicide letter. Shortly after it's release David Berman killed himself.

well.....I would look at Hometown Heroes stuff. They are a veteran owned company out of Austin. I get my gummies from them and they are awesome. They also have all sorts of powders and syrups you can add to any drink.

That's for the low dosage stuff. It's $80 a bottle for the 10mg per ounce bottle but there are so many other alternatives out there for much cheaper.
Typically only 1 meter is provided for residential projects. On commercial we always specify a separate irrigation meter because of the sewer charge that you discovered. With that said, you could cut back to 20 minutes per zone twice a week. In the DfW area most cities restrict watering to once a week so we run 20 minutes in the morning and 20 in the evening . Running a zone for 40 minutes typically results in excess runoff that doesn't make it into the soil.
