re: Rate your immediate neighbors

Both are great neighbors as well as most everybody I know in my neighborhood. My immediate neighbor on one side and I often have the discussion about how everybody has these silly "privacy" fences these days. We both miss the days of the 3 foot high hurricane fences that allowed you to actually "know" your neighbors. The other neighbor actually lives essentially two houses down on a corner lot and his back yard is a lot that he owns and was never built on. No fence on that side. I live in a decent neighborhood that's a far cry from the ones I grew up in, in north Baton Rouge that are now murder zones.

All of mine are fine - except the woman across the street - she has no life outside her front yard and her dog and she a Minny Mouse voice that she never shuts up. She's otherwise a decent person - she's just annoying. Oh and there is the 30 year old that still lives with his parents that has a landscaping business and makes a lot of noise - I wonder if he's ever going to actually move out. Then I have a lesbian couple that doesn't own their home and have a disabled kid - some old couple in KC owns their house in a trust - and the rest rest of her kids are weird as hell too. So I'd rate it it ok on a good day.

If I hadn't put so much time, effort and money into making my home perfect for me I would sell.

10/10. I can't see them and they can't see me.

A+ on one side, B on the other, I'll take it.

All are MAGA so we get along well. I’ve met the majority of my neighbors in the front section of my neighborhood. Can’t say one negative thing about them… all great ppl.

A+ both considerate and keep house/lawn up.

My neighbor to my right is great, couldn’t ask for better. My neighbor to my left, started out as a crazy bitch but getting better. My neighbor behind me is a certified nut job, whose fat bitch of a wife controls everything he does..

Same here

One side, couple in their early 60s, live in a single wide trailer. Real trashy folks, real trashy looking place, always dogs running around, chasing cars, vehicles parked in the yard tore apart, ect. At least they keep to themselves.

Other side, couple in their 80s. Moved to the country from town when they retired, they should’ve stayed in town where they belonged. They bitch about EVERYTHING that goes on farming related. Cattle get out, they’ll call the sheriffs dept. We spray crops, they’ll come over demanding we wash their house. We do field work at night, they call and bitch about the noise. I swear to Christ if I had known what kind of neighbors they were going to be I’d of bought that house myself and bulldozed it.

Immediate neighbors are fine, half a mile away, not so much. This is what happens when home owners turn into renters.
