To the left - Quietest neighbors I've ever had. Hardly see them. Appears to travel a ton. Still keeps up the property and friendly when we've interacted.

To the right - Could be better, could be a lot worse. Wish they did a better job of keeping up their yard but we're putting in some flowering hedge bushes that'll obstruct most of the view at least. Their dog can be obnoxious as frick when you're outside and it's barking its head off, but they'll usually bring it in after awhile.

ETA: There's a creek that runs directly behind our property with a tree line along our privacy fence that obstructs any view/interaction of the houses behind us.

That's good... I didn't want to say a-hole...

15 houses on my block/lane

Great football neighborhood. 3 guys and 2 kids have state championship rings. 1 guy has 3, one guy has 2, and another guy has 2 baseball and a football. Kid that graduated last year has 2 rings

When we first moved I didn’t know anyone. COVID helped me become good friends with some of my neighbors. A few of us guys fish, hunt, watch and go to football games, and we BBQ and smoke a few times a month.

My son has 3 boys his age and they all play on the same youth football and baseball teams.

We have 6 teachers, 2 nurses, 2 cops, 2 veterans, 2 electricians, Chiropractor, food truck guy, and a family that owns landscaping company.

There is 23 kids under 12, 4 in Junior High, and 2 in High School. We had 4 brothers move last Spring that were 4th thru 7th grade.

Based on just looks or all around? Women don’t marry down often.

My neighborhood is very small & majority retirees. People are meticulous about their yards & look out for each other. We have 2 neighbors who will probably end up on an episode of Dateline, though. What started over a disagreement about length of grass (one cuts a half inch shorter than the other, or something equally ridiculous) has escalated into an all out feud where police have gotten involved at least 5-6x in 2 years. Insanity.

Left side C+, nice enough family from Oklahoma. Guy is a engineer that works from home. Wife is a school teacher. Both in introverted and weird. God help you if you get them talking, they won’t shut up. But they are nice people and their son is a cool kid. The big ding against them is they are terrible dog owners. They have a dachshund terrier mix that is a complete a-hole. They leave it outside all the time and it barks non stop. We can’t sit in the back patio without that fricker barking like crazy.

They will even go to Oklahoma for the weekend and leave him outside the whole time they’re gone. The little shite has outlived 2 of my awesome, well behaved Goldens. fricker won’t die.

Other side is a new neighbor. A younger Mexican couple with three kids and a grandma. They seem very nice and even though they’ve only been in the house a few months they’ve already done a ton of improvements, including a pool. Solid A

Across the street are really nice people. A baw and bawette. A+
